Персонал ввічливий, розміщення в самому центрі

Відсутність генератора і елементарно ліхтарика чи павербанку в номері, води також не було під час відключень. Про проблеми з генетором ніхто не попередив, тож з собою нічого не брали, серед ночі навпомацки прийшлось спускатись сходами та підніматись. На сніданку за годину до завершення майже нічого немає та і взагалі раніше то були сніданки а зараз три томати і одна оливка.

Perfect and convenient location, the staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early. Fantastic breakfast selection, clean rooms, beautiful interior. Will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great, except perhaps the A/C, we wish it allowed the temperature to go a bit lower.

This is my favorite hotel in Lviv. It’s just perfect!! It’s so stylish and beautiful, located in a historic building. The stuff is always super professional and friendly. It has the best breakfast with a big variety of tasty and healthy options. It has a great shower, great mattress, everything is so comfortable. I absolutely love this place

The location is really good, people are nice.

It says that there is available parking, but it's only like 4 or 5 parking spots in front of the hotel that are all the time full, so you have to pay private parking close to the hotel, because there is no free parking around in the center. Also in very many years traveling this for first time I had in. 4* hotel for breakfast only old croissant and bad coffee from a coffee machine.There was lot of strange stuff for breakfast, that would probably make happy some Russians, but I have never been so disappointed in a hotel breakfast before.

Great location and comfortable room with a great view. Bed was awesome and the room was so quiet - we slept like babies. Polite staff.

No hot water in the shower. Probably a simple thing to fix and the staff were very apologetic. Breakfast was average despite amazing reviews of the food.
