The breakfast was fantastic. There were both sweet and savory choices which was great because I can't eat too many sweets. Lots of fruit available also. Great Caffe. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The wifi was weak in our room but worked other places in the hotel. I think we were in a bad corner.

cozy and small hotel, very close to the beach. the staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet has a broad variety of homemade foods.

the parking situation is not ideal. there is a free parking space, but it is a 20 minute walk away. another paid parking lot was about 10 minutes away.

A family owned place, very charming. The rooms are nice and well equipped, with everything you need and a bit more even. Breakfast in the terrace was a big highlight, and the gentle treatment of the owner and his wife made it extra nice. Very close to the beach. Highly recommended.

AC in the room was old and noisy so we didn’t use it.

The hotel has a great location. You can go to the beach by foot, only takes like 1 minute. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well. The hotel is a bit older and so are the furnitures. Breakfast was good and you have a very nice view of the sea. We also had our separate entrance which was nice. Parking spot is like 5 minutes walking distance a costs 5€ per day.

Room was pretty dark and you could tell the building is older. However it was always clean!

Everything was great - friendly staff, nice breakfast on a sea-view terrace, perfect location just 1 block from the sea. Clean room with air conditioning, has everything you need :)

Perfect location and perfect hospitality. Highly recommended if you look for a comfortable, clean and nice accommodation very close to the beach and to the many excellent restaurants in the centre of San Vito!

Staff could have been a bit friendlier but maybe that was a language thing. We had little Italian and they had nearly no english.
