Beautiful location near a small beach and dive center, view, proximity to Capoliveri, the pool, friendly and helpful staff.

Lack of attention to details that may appear small but make the difference for a place at this price (e.g. soap bar in bathroom, dish soap, sponge and rag in kitchen, more than one roll of toilet paper), toilet at the pool was dirty at 10am and badly maintained, could put more plants between terraces to create more private feel, etc. Reception is closed between 1-4pm and very difficult to access staff if you need something during this period (not very responsive on What’s Ap).

the new apartments have a big terrace but no privacy. the apartments are holiday apartments, no personal touch llke with most airbnb's

The location was superb. The owner and his family were super accommodating. The pool is amazing 😍

The residence is very quiet, the view is stunning, the beach is next door and the apartments are quite simple, but nice and comfortable. We are considering going back.

The only thing I found a little annoying was the timing the reception/bar was supposed to be open and in fact it wasn't. I can imagine this probably was due to the fact that we stayed there at the peak of the season, but if more effort was to be put in meeting expectations about the communicated opening hours, that would definitely be valued by the guests.

Residence is Very nice and cosy. Well cared territory. Very nice pool. Our children prefered to stay in the pool instead going to beach. Beach was so crowded and not nice water quality. Appartment is clean ,but enough used , needs a refreshment. Was fantastic sunset sea view . Service on the reception was very pleasand and friendly , all questions , reservations were done from the heart.
