The staff accommodated our late check in. We were silly tourists and didn't realise that the way it works in Argentina, you pay physically the next morning. We thought our card was on file and they would just charge us. We were already hours away when they got in touch with us to request rectification. It was very embarrassing for us! They worked with us to gather our details in a safe and confidential way. It was a great addendum to our stay, because they went out of their way to accommodate us even though we had inconvenienced them. We had a room with an ocean view. When lying down, all you could see was the sea. It was very beautiful. The decor of the hotel is a pastel 80s vibe, which is quaint, and the bathroom was amazing. The breakfast the next morning was also very good - possibly the best breakfast I had while in Argentina, which is saying something! - and the location of the hotel was also very good.

We were there during Summer, which I'm guessing is peak season. The carpark under the hotel is very narrow and tight!

Good spot to spend the night if you’re in Comodoro. The town is small but it’s centrally located. Rooms are clean. Staff friendly. Easy walk to restaurants.

Facilities are fine, OK breakfast. The street where it is located is busy and noisier than expected, but the windows provided enough isolation. The room was clean, the safe was an old fashioned lock that you have to ask for at the front desk.

The hotel is not a good value, expensive for what it provides. The restaurant was terrible, we decided to have dinner at the hotel, big mistake: bad service and the worst "entraña" I have ever had.

The location was ok

Internet is CATASTROPHIC, I specifically booked this highly overvalued Hotel due to their good reviews with respect to internet since I needed to take several meetings throughout the night and internet did not work at all at any point in time in my computer. It was a completely problematic and disappointing experience.
