Location was very good just on the edge of the town
There was nothing I didn’t like . It was clean friendly and in a good location

Great location in a cute little town and within 5 min walk of several places to eat. The rooms were clean and had such pretty decor. It felt so quaint and comfortable. The price for staying was a good deal, and they offered a really great breakfast, which was really large. Each item is much bigger than we expected.
The owners were really accommodating and sweet. We had a really great stay, and will definitely be looking to come back again in the future.

The breakfast was the only grumble. My friend and I like "full English" and this was pictured on your advertising site for this guest house. However, on arrival we were informed that "continental" was served only. We accepted this but it was nevertheless a disppointment.

From the moment we arrived, Claire (the owner) was exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. She gave us so much info about were to venture.

Room with own facilities. Host was so welcoming and looked after us. Breakfast was great with loads of choice. Host looked after our own needs and provided a personalised approach.
For the reason we were staying and for what we were looking for and expecting, there was nothing we didn’t like.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome upon arrival with Claire recommending several good places to eat/visit in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very generous. We felt like nothing was too much trouble. Location wise it is very easy to walk to several pubs and to the beach so we would definitely stay again. Thanks for the lovely stay Claire & Chris.

Friendly, considerate and helpful hosts who went out of their way to help us book a table for dinner at an excellent local eating establishment.

Great location for exploring Swanage, easy walking distance from the Black Swan, easily the best place to eat in Swanage. Comfortable room and great lounge. Breakfast was fabulous, thank you.
We found it difficult to book dinner on the first night as everywhere was booked or closed.. We'll know better and book ahead next time

Can’t recommend Robertsbrook Guest house highly enough. We really enjoyed our stay. From the friendly welcome, spotlessly clean room and en-suite, comfortable bed, to the amazing room service breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for our lovely host. The location couldn’t be better either - perfect for town, beach and railway. Five stars all round!
