Great location, close to the mall, next door to the Macquarie Inn.
The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great included in the price
Pillows were to hard and high.
Close to highway so some traffic noise.

Beautiful spacious room, perfect for our short stay to visit the zoo.
Lovely friendly staff & super convenient pub attached to the hotel with great food options and a superb buffet breakfast in the morning was such amazing value! Would definitely stay again!!!

Location
The receptionist at the hotel was very unprofessional. She made a comment about my culture saying that we move the furniture around. She was very behaving very badly while checking in and also tried to get more money by adding incorrect numbers intentionally hoping we would not check. She was extremely impatient and was not willing to listen to us. At the end she tried to give us drink vouchers for the bad experience which we had but we denied. Overall, it was not very nice experience as we spotted a rat in the bedroom as well.

Very tidy and came with free parking. Very very friendly staff and the food at the pub came with 10% discount if you’re staying at the Inn. Food at the pub was incredible it was very flavourful and just perfect.

The restaurant was the highlight of our stay.
The food was amazing! You also receive a discount and a free drink.

Very clean and comfortable. Room was cooled for our arrival with cool water as well…. great after a long hot drive. Complimentary drinks at the hotel
The outside patio area was facing a main road so didn’t feel comfortable opening blinds which meant the room was always pretty darkened, but not a problem with short stay.

The location
The noisy neighbours who were in the room next to us. This made the stay unacceptable as we got very little sleep and we payed over $200 a night so we expected better
