Giardino sul lago UNICO e stupendo. Non sarà facile trovare posti simili in tutto il lago di lugano. Upgrade della camera con vista lago e balconcino.WOW, GRAZIE!
Macchia marroncina sulla cintura dell accappatoio, non l ho usato, tanto stavo solo una notte e sono certo che se lo avessi fatto notare mi sarebbe stato subito sostituito. Mi sarebbe piaciuto molto ricevere due bottigliette piccole di acqua come benvenuto in camera, come spesso mi capita di ricevere in altri 4 stelle.il perno a terra di chiusura della porta che da sul balconcino da fastidio stando scalzi perché uscendo capita spesso di non vederlo e calpestandolo ci si fa un po male :) Ho chiesto un cuscino ortopedico che mi è stato consegnato in camera, grazie ancora, ho apprezzato molto solo mi è stato consegnato senza federa ed ho dovuto sfilare da me una dei due cuscini già presenti in camera per rivestirlo. Sono solo piccole critiche costruttive che spero apprezziate. Avete una struttura molto bella e accogliente come poche a Lugano e nel complesso siamo stati molto bene, considerando anche il vostro gentilissimo upgrade. Non vedo l ora di tornarci. A presto.

Die Lage am See ist hervorragend. Gleich nebenan liegt im übrigen eine Schiffsanlegestelle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Großartiges Frühstück schade, konnten wir nicht draußen sitzen und 10 Uhr am Sonntag morgen als Ende Frühstück ist knapp
Wir konnten leider beim Abendessen u beim Frühstück nicht dort sitzen (Terrasse) wo wir gerne wollten. Das Personal hat ein gesundes Selbstbewusstsein

The fact that the employees in the breakfast area were always in a rush and running. I understand that they were in a rush to serve us, the customers but sometimes I felt like I also had to rush so somebody could pass quickly or when they were asking if we want coffee or something with our breakfast, it felt like they expected a very fast answer. It would be nice if they could minimize that so the customers can also relax during their vacation. Apart from that, the service was perfect.

The hotel was so beautiful and in a great location, right near the lake and just 20 min away from the Lugano Centro station. Take the bus line 2 and get off at stop Monte-Bre/Casserate then you will be there in no time. The building is classically beautiful and extremely clean. The hotel and restaurant staff are also incredible! The gym on the top floor is also really nice, a lot of state-of-art equipment for a full workout.
i didn't like that you had to log in the wifi several times during the day and it wasn't connected at all times. but it is fine.

Amazing location, I had a balcony right on top of the lake. Wonderful breakfast. Easy to reach by public transport.
The room was pretty warm, and there didn't seem to be a way to turn down the heating.

the location of hotel is good and it’s close to the sea
we ask the hotel for check out at 12 they didn’t give us chance to check at 12 and force us to check out at 11 also the hotel not serve water to the room also . they give us check in at 3 and force us to check out at 11 which is totally not acceptable as the standard check out at 12 in all hotel over the world .

Very beautiful - very clean
The construction across the street was VERY loud. We asked to change our room due to this loud interruption and were told it would be an extra 100CHF!!!! Their temporary car park was quite a walk from the hotel. We were not made aware of this before arriving despite other communication. We would have liked to know this as my husband who has had recent back surgery found this very difficult back and forth! The hotel is a distance from the town itself although a very nice walk along the water.

The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. The location was near where I needed to be. I will return.
the pool area and the breakfast room were quite crowded, but it was summer of a busy travel year. I had been looking forward to the pool but it was just too busy for me.

The view is amazing on the lake, but better book the lake view room.
The aircon did not work, it was horribly hot in the room as the aircon was set to heat. I had to open the window to get fresh air but then had to suffer from the noise of the road.

the rooms 414 & 209 had both BROKEN furniture and NO ambient at all, definitely OVERPAYEd!

The pool overlooking the lake was really great way to relax. The breakfast was plentiful.
The restaurant for dinner was not good. Not sure if it was just my chosen meal which was the pasta but I had 2 tries and I ended up not eating the food. It was 15 to 20 minutes from the shopping district.

Location superb. View amazing. Swimming pool with extras, inc. paddle boards & canoes for lake use. Lake swimming from jetty. Extensive breakfast buffet. Restaurant on lake edge.
Felt evening menu was limited and overpriced. Parking a short distance away but very easy to get to.
