Very comfortable bedroom which was surprisingly quiet given that the flat is on a main road. The safe did not work on arrival but this was soon solved the next day by Adriana. The flat was well equipped and very clean

The hot water ran warm for 30 seconds and was then tepid to cold. Enough for washing up but not a bath or shower. Bath supplemented with boiled kettles.

Quite close to the road so there is traffic noise. Not all windows can be opened, the bedroom can get stuffy. Not much soundproofing between entrance staircase and bedroom. When people are staying in the upstairs flat it can get noisy.

The apartment had everything you needed for our week away. Nice to have secure parking too. The best part about our stay was the location. Just a short walk to all the shops restaurants and coffee shops that Summertown has to offer. We enjoyed eating at Mamma Mia pizzeria, El Rincon And Xl'An. Easy to catch a bus into Oxford plus easy to drive to blenheim Palace and bicester village.

Can't think of anything that would need to be improved.

Flat 4 is a very comfortable, clean, easy to find and in an excellent location for access into the city. This is my second stay & I will book again next year when I return to Oxford. Summertown (within 5 mins walk) has many shops, cafes & places to eat if you want somewhere quieter to go out rather than the busy city. There is of course an everything you need kitchen at the flat. Buses run regularly with a stop just a couple of minutes from the flat. Many thanks to Victor for amending my booking & to Adriana for the welcome 😊

The location near Summertown was excellent for shops/cafes etc. and it was also really easy to get into central Oxford. The bedroom and lounge area felt spacious and relaxing. Although the flat is on a main road the bedroom is right at the back so traffic noise didn't disturb my sleep.

Despite looking on Google Maps before I travelled it was a little tricky to locate the property entrance initially - both finding the car park and then locating flat 4. More specific directions could be helpful. This property felt that it was slightly better set up for a short term let (e.g. visiting research student?) rather than as a holiday property, although it was still a very good base for my stay.

Warmly welcomed to this beautifully clean, comfortable accommodation which has everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. Parking included is a real bonus. About 1.5 mile easy walk in to Oxford centre or a bus stop right outside. Local shops are lovely for meals out or your essential foods. We highly recommend this property.

The apartment is really nice with a lot of light, the bed is huge and confortable and sofa in the living room as well. The kitchen is fully equiped. There are washing machine, iron machine, microwave, oven, etc... I felt that I had all that I needed in my fourteen days stay. I would recommend this place to everybody.

The fridge was broken during our stay however adriana provided another one which was working fine in few hours.

Excellent arrangement for collecting keys, very accomodating.
