Vito ist ein super netter, herzlicher Gastgeber. Lage PERFEKT! Nachtmarkt direkt vor der Tür und trotzdem ruhig im Zimmer, Strände fußläufig erreichbar, viele Restaurants, Bars und 7-Eleven ums Eck. Zimmer sehr groß und mit allem was man braucht. Abends dort an der Bar zu sitzen, einen Cocktail zu trinken und dem Treiben zu zu sehen war Urlaub pur!

Klimaanlage kühlt nicht wirklich, vielleicht zu schwach eingestellt

Der Gastgeber ist unfassbar nett, hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort wohl dort. Die Lage ist top direkt an der walking Street und in 8 min ist man zu Fuß am Strand

Great location in the middle of night food market, restaurant with great food downstairs, great host who gives the best advices what and where to do, free beach towels every day, good music, good vibe, big room, close to beach, clean... price to value can't be better

The host was very nice and he was always cared about us. The room had a lot of space and the hotel is like 10 minutes walking from Kata beach (is way better than Karon beach). The breakfast was delicious and abundant.

The location was perfect and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The owner, Vito was amazing, really kind and friendly and provided us with everything we needed.

The guesthouse is right in the middle of the night market street and is very close to the beach so it's very convenient. The room was spacious and was well equipped to make the stay comfortable. The owner and staff are very friendly and very helpful too!

Our stay was great! Maybe some additional toiletries like shampoo and conditioner would be appreciated.

Great location right on the walking street, but not too loud! Shower reasonable. Basic but good room. The mattress was too soft, but was ok for me as we only stayed a night. Breakfast was good. Loads of good food, markets, bars in the area. For the price, you won't find better

The host has the most warm and welcoming energy. Really felt at home here and could understand all the positive reviews. We had a room overlooking the walking street of kata that felt very spacious. Really close to 711 and the beach. Easy to find everything we needed.

There was a water station but not for water bottles and the menu for the restaurant was abit pricey. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and Tv was very old so the netflix wouldn’t work (which I’m general is a luxury)

Very good accomdation, centrally located in Kata. The Kata night market is right in front of the hotel and many small stores, restaurants, etc are only a stones throw away from the hotel. The host is also very kind and accommodating!

Everything was great. I was particularly pleased with the excellent internet connection and the helpful host.

Shower head is at an akward place. You can't adjust it's height.

Vito, the owner is very friendly, helpful and always around in the restaurant. Actually a fantastic host. The location is perfect; close to everything including the beach. Vito made me feel like at home

The only small thing I could say is the quality of the mattress. (Had two back operation which requests a harder one)

The best was the welcoming vibe of the owner who made our experience even more enjoyable. They make the best coffee in town. Centrally located, even though the apartment is near to bars the rooms were quiet. Rooms are very big. Photos show the correct expectation. Restaurant has great food and breakfast.

The stay was super. The owner and family staff was super helpful in everything absolutely! So, I came back after a few days later. They have also a restaurant with delicious Thai and original Italian cusine. You can rent scooters. Also in the whole building there is a very good WiFi. The rooms are spacious and beds are not so soft so very good for the back. Near the object there are a night market with excellent street food, some stands with fresh fruits, and smoothies, 7-Eleven, bars, massage therapists, the beach is about 200m and some dive center. I will come back for sure!

This was one of the best stays we had in whole of Thailand. The rooms were very big, the bed was amazing, there was a fridge, airco and fan. Everything was super clean. The owners are super friendly and help you when needed. For example, he arranged a scooter for us, which went very smoothly. The rooms had free water, coffee and tea. The shower was great (hot water and power on the water). We had breakfast here which was also great. I would highly recommend to eat the pastas here. The owner is from Puglia (Italy) and the food was one of the best Italian food we had in a long time, even better than a lot of pastas we ate in Italy. The red wine and Limencello are also amazing. I can not recommend this place enough. Would defines come back when in Phuket. The quality you get for the price in sleeping and eating is outstanding.
