Todo lo relacionado con la habitación: el espacio privado con hamacas frente a la piscina, la limpieza y el trato de las mujeres que se encargan de la misma, el tamaño... Algunos espacios, como la piscina y el hall, están muy bien. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de la playa, de parques y jardines, del campo de golf y de lugares de restauración.

Comienzo por la comida: El buffet es impropio de un hotel de 4 estrellas; excesivas piezas de la vajilla salen sucias, la comida carece de variedad y no entra ni por la vista (me serví un trozo de tortilla española que estaba recién sacada del frigorífico, sin calentar), ninguno de los días salió al buffet comida pensada para los niños como hamburguesas o nuggets... y estaba lleno de críos; la carne que hacen a la plancha delante de los clientes parece que esté hervida... y no me alargo más. Cocktails. Buenos cocktails adornados con rodajas de fruta con la piel seca y sucia (naranja en nuestro caso y en días diferentes). Atención al cliente. Por un problema que me surgió dos días antes de entrar al hotel me harté de mandar mensajes y de hacer llamadas al hotel, y esta es la fecha en la que aún no he recibido ni respuesta ni disculpa. Lo mismo ocurrió con el teléfono ofrecido por Booking. Un hotel que "pide lo que pide" por una semana de julio en una habitación y régimen alimenticio similar al que he tenido en abril debería tomarse muy en serio determinados detalles, que dejan de ser casualidad cuando se repiten varios días seguidos.

La amabilidad de la gente que trabaja, sobre todo de los camareros, que están para lo que necesites en cualquier momento.

The pool jacuzzi entertainment good atmosphere friendly staff very helpful. Good value for money.

Toilet system in room a little dated needed some maintenance. Dogs barking a bit of an issue not opposed to them being there.

Breakfast and dinner were both very good with a nice selection of food. Free parking in front of hotel, Friendly and helpful receptionists, we arrived a little earlier than planned but our room was ready for us.

Unfortunately there was a young family next door with 3 young children which made a lot of noise (running arround and crying) so not a peaceful 5 day break whilst in the hotel.

Swimming pool and bed

Food was awful. Really inedible, although breakfast was ok. Kids club was just a small room with TV on. Although everything looked nice and new, actually it was a bit decrepit, TV remote broken, shower fitting a bit broken.

The hotel , location and staff were excellent

We had half board and the food wasn't great. Always lukewarm, never hot. The food selection was good nuy not hot. Had to ask for meats / fish to be cooked hot.

Breakfast on the second day was poor enough .different sausages and bacon..orange juice very basic not fresh or good quality

We upgraded to a room that opened to the pool area with a fenced in back lounging area and were very happy with it. The kids could come and go easily and we could sit out back in our own space while keeping an eye on them. Beautiful resort with a great breakfast buffet. The pool was quite cold in April (to be expected) but the kids went for it anyway, the waterslide was too irresistible. Enjoyed our stay here.

The evening entertainment was too loud.
