The staff were lovely, particularly Paige. The bacon & egg rolls were amazing! I also liked the variety at the little shop in reception. The bathrooms were lovely & spacious too. I liked that there was cleaning products in the room too and plenty of information handy.

The room was smaller than expected but that really wasn't an issue as it was just for one night! That would be my only complaint.

the staff were very nice and the food was excellent. the kitchen staff tried every thing to satisfy our food requirements,

the room is in need of attention and the loud talking and laughing till late at night was not enjoyable. unsure exactly where it was coming from but very loud. curtains also didnt cover the window very well to give privacy.

quite location, the staff was helpful and very friendly, would highly recommend to anyone. We loved the meals that were mouth watering. We will definitely us again.

the shower exhaust fan was in a need of a good clean

Rooms need maintenance on wiring and showers

Loved the after hours welcome at the Bistro. Our bedside lamps weren’t working but the night manager came with some working lamps. staff were good about local mtn knowledge. Breakfast was nice.

the views out the rear windows were of a building site as they were renovating.

It was a very small room. No air conditioning or fans, also the window did not have fly screen at the time so we had to ask for a pedestal fan and brave the bugs coming in the window otherwise we would have been sweltering in the summer heat. I imagine it is more suited to winter trips for the snow as there was a heater.

Super friendly staff, attentive and helpful. Great service all around.
