Luis and Silvia are friendly, communicative and helpful. The place was beautiful and very clean. The ocean was nearby and the beach was wonderful.

We really enjoy the hospitality of our owners. Each morning you have nice coffee and great view from the front yard. There are few beaches nearby, in the walking distance (14-15 mint) of walking. Metro station is nearby and few surf schools.

Would be nice to have a small fridge at the room, maybe cattle and some dishes.

Really nice staff. They gave us directions and tips for everything. It has a subway stop nearby. Everything was really clean.

Doors used keys, and this could be updated to key cards. There was some noise coming from the road. Some water machine in the lobby would have come handy.

Very nice place ! Hosted by Luis and Silvia, both of them very friendly and willing to provide excellent advices and tips about the area, the Casa Rural Telleri is a beautiful place, near Sopelana's center. Multiples beaches around, suitable for leisure as well as surfing which is what we came to do. Besides, there are a lot of things to do and given that the metro to Bilbao is pretty close, you should have very little chance to get bored. As for us, we really enjoyed our stay and would be glad to go back. Many thanks to Luis and Silvia y hasta la próxima !

We had a wonderful stay here. Both Luis and Sylvia were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to communicate in English (we don't speak any Spanish) and got a very good breakfast place recommendation - it was so good we went every day. The entire building feels high-end and we especially appreciated how clean everything was including the floor. We were very comfortable and would love to come back. The location is also perfect

The mattress was too hard for me and the pillow too high. This really depends on your body, 80% of hotel mattresses / pillows don't work well for my neck and back.

I was the only guest that night. there was not chance to have breakfast, nor even to warm some milk. Host should have indicated this in advance to my trip, and I had booked in a different hotel with that minimal service granted. NO ammenities in the bathroom. No shower gel, no shampoo neither. Hospitality was really poor: they did not simply offer a coffee as a courtesy (and they made coffee for theirselves). Very impolite, actually.

Great location. Parking inside and outside the property is nice. Great staff, Luis was super friendly and gave good tips on where to eat/etc... Nice bathroom, good water pressure. Quiet place at night. Walked to Goxo Break every day to get an awesome breakfast (really recommend that place)

Very helpful and welcoming hosts who took the time to explain how to get into Bilbao by metro and recommended places to eat. Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable. Easy access for Bilbao and also handy for local beach.
