Very nice apartament, quiet location, but quite far away from the center. Perfect for traveling because close to the motorways. Two good baker shop few minutes away on foot. Daily cleaning.

The room was beautiful, so spacious, and well laid out with all the necessary facilities.
The young lady who checked us in was so helpful and gave us a good brief about what to see and do in Padova. A tip she gave was to try the Padova 'pedrocchi' coffee, which we did and was delicious. Thank you.
The location was a little far from the centre of Padova, although getting to the centre was easy. We needed only 3/4 mins to walk to the tram station and then about 20 mins to get into town. We didn't find any restaurants in the area or supermarkets to buy food so we would have preferred a more central location.
No breakfast is offered at the location, which is a pity.

very nice and confortable accommodation, with direct tram to the central train station and city centre. it is basically an en suite room in a villa, located in a quite and elegant neighbourhood in northern Padova. we had access to the villa garden, where you have a nice sitting area to enjoy a drink when you come back to the room. someone cleans up the room daily, which is great. they also bring a croissant, coffee and water. the hosts did not bother us for anything, we didn’t even meet with them during our stay, but they provided a phone number to call in case we needed them. you also have a huge supermarket 5 minutes away by foot. highly recommend the stay.

Beautiful house,garden…
The house did not have a kitchen, at least the fridge was praised!!! It's summer, it's necessary to have a refrigerator! In my opinion, this is a huge drawback. The rest is ok.

the room is very comfortable, light, spacious and well furnished. the owner was super kind.
the pillows were all too high, the bathroom doesn’t have the bidet.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with big nice houses on the outskirts of Padova. It is very close to the highway, just 50 minutes drive away from Verona and even closer to Venice. Hence a very good option to avoid the overpriced options in them both. And it is just a 10-15 drive to the centre of Padua which is a lovely city too. The hosts are brilliant, nice, welcoming and helpful. It is not the usual professional but cold service you get these days, but rather a warm and welcoming reception from a real person who really cares about the guests!!! The apartment is located on the second floor with a separate entrance and even a nice own terrace! It is also well equipped with all you will need. We had a wonderful stay!
The internet was not up to the very high standard of everything else in this accommodation! But I am sure that this is most likely a temporary issue out of the control of the hosts as they were very engaged and willing to deliver a good service which they actually did most definitely!

The apartment was nice and in a safe place, it is located in a villas neighborhood! The owner was very friendly and polite and showed us on a map of the city worth visiting! We received a basket with fruits on the first day.
Definitely is not "Superb Breakfast"! It was poor and was served in a basket left at the reception! In the basket we found every morning a slice of bread, a simple croissant and a piece of cake. The butter was expired! Far away from city center!

the place is fabulous: comfortable, beautiful, well equipped, with a delicious breakfast. the biggest drawback - being far from the center- can be an advantage, as parking in Padova is difficult and expensive and the b & b has a tram at 309 m
