The location was good

Most of the reception staff was rude and not helpful. We had to almost beg them to accept the towels we took from the pool personal because they were not at the time we were leaving. You need to pay extra for a mediocre internet and also if you want to use the gym.

Good location. Big terrace.

Far from the car access. Personel did not offer help with luggage delivery. Was pretty loudly even after 23.00

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always had smile Our apartment location was good and the apartment was spacious with plenty of storage space , The sports bar was very nice and friendly La pineda beach is one of the best sand is soft and easy to go in the sea nice and flat no sudden drops. Our pool at our apartment block was really nice easy to get in and out. Close to the beach and bus stops

The food in the hotel restaurant was varied but allways cold and allways very busy. Our apartment although it looked clean on first impression but it wasn't, it had ants and all of the kitchen units smelt fousty/ damp/ mouldy, also the wardrobe and drawers. The bed was ok but not great mattresses could do with replacing. Also the fridge wasn't very good the door had no place for drinks milk etc seemed to be broken off The hotel was very busy so only went when we went for the restaurant, it was ok for families I suppose as it was all inclusive and the entertainment very orientated for children and the adult entertainment didn't start until after 10pm by this time no seats available if you didn't stay for the children's entertainment. The location of the Estival park was not great for us only decent supermarket was a long walk away for us as we have mobility issues also not many bars or shops close by the best ones were further away.It was close to the beach which was good. We were close to bus stops which we used once but had a bad experience with as I could not get off it was too high a drop and the driver started closing the doors while I was half way off doors kept hitting me myself and others had to shout to get him to open the doors

The amenities were excellent such as numerous pools, gyms, indoor pools, tennis etc

Apartment was slightly damaged, window/door was very hard open and close and some structural damage to the wardrobes

Location was amazing, beach is stunning ,Love the way each apartment block has its own pool

Paid for late check out which we were told was till 6.30pm , supervisor of cleaning banging on door at 2pm wanting to know what time we were leaving .She seemed to have no idea about late check out
