Comfortable Room, Clean. Very friendly staff. Car Parking close only £2.50 a night. Superb Breakfast. All Good.

I arrived at the hotel to pick up my things only to find it completely closed/locked, until the following day. I had left the entrance and exit code number in my room and there was no way to contract the hotel. Fortunately the cleaning lady let us in otherwise I would have missed my flight. They need to at least have an emergency contact number. Apart from this particular problem, the hotel was excellent.

The room was excellent, with a really nice bathroom that looked as if it had been very recently fully refurbished.
There is no parking at the hotel and it was necessary to use a pay and display down the street and lug the suitcases to the hotel. The meals at the hotel were relatively poor and we wish we had eaten elsewhere. The breakfast was also below expectations. The public areas were in total contrast to the quality of the rooms.

For a budget room you really could not fault it. Was very clean had everything you needed tea, coffee, biscuits, hairdryer, the bed was comfortable had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was exceptional with sample bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion.

Couldn't get TV working.

Clean rooms, close to where we needed to be, friendly staff, good cooked breakfast, easy parking.
Rooms are a little noisy, the cereal and coffee on offer for breakfast wasn’t great (saved by a very good cooked one)

everything fine except the number of stairs, and the dodgy 1 floor lift. it did freeze between floors for a couple of minutes

The cleanliness of the room. Breakfast staff helpful.
Rude receptionist, checked in at 4pm needed a travel cot & bedding for the baby.
Was told I had to wait until 6pm and there was no bedding for the travel cot.
Room cold for the baby. Was told that’s how it is and no others have complained. No information or phone in the room for the reception. Booked in in the restaurant and no designated hotel reception. Noisy gusts running around the hotel. Children shouting, doors slamming until 11pm and Staff laughing with guests.

Hotel is in a great location in the town centre but it’s a short drive to the coast. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Tea tray in room had lots of choice! We stayed in room 14 which is huge!
The room is huge and probably difficult to dust with the high beams and lots of tech cables.

Parking the Car was a nightmare, probably will put me off coming to the Hotel again for this reason which is a shame because I was happy about every thing else.

Room was very very warm but no heating on. Had window open and fan and still very warm

Good breakfast. Wifi was quick.
Room I stayed in was on the main road, fairly noisy from about 5am. Bathroom was spotless however the room wasn't as clean. No parking onsite but its only a 2 min walk away. When called hotel for directions they didn't seem to know where it was. Because of these things I believe it was over priced.
