The staff is arrogant and not helpful. I was very disappointed after having spent time in other hotels in the Dominican Republic, where people is so nice. I would never go back. The food was of very low quality. The French restaurant is an exception : excellent food and staff.

Everything was perfect and exactly as we needed. Great swimming and snorkeling on the lovely beach protected by the reef.

Water sports made you sign a waiver making you personally liable for ANY DAMAGE TO CRAFT OR THIRD PARTY. so be warned it's in the small print. They should have insurance.

Family friendly, the food quality and variety, personnel, water park, the mini and teen clubs.

everything, starting from the people who works there to all the amenities of the resort was great, very humble people with good intentions, the food was great, the room was clean and confortable. i had a great time.

Close to beach, beautiful lobby

AC was not strong enough, too many bees during the day, and too many mosquitoes at night, they need to get better at least on the mosquito treatment.

I was helped by Victor Jose in the front desk. He quickly tried to help us check in.

We arrived after storm Fiona and our reservation was for the day during the storm and we where not able to modify out check in and had a hard time check in until Victor Jose got involved with our situation.

Everything was ok except for 1- the timing after the show ends untill the disco opens , too long 2- staff was very good ,people are very friendly the morning security guard at the gate was very professional and attentive 3- the disco needs the AC to work properly, we cut the fun in a hour cause of the heat inside (08/09/2022 ) overall the stay was ok .

Over crowded hotel. Check in was extremely late-3hrs. Rooms were changed last minute with no explanation. Asked to speak with supervisor and was not directed to one. Often plates and cups were not ready during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
