Good location. Short drive from main town. Close to a decent pub and restaurant if you don't feel like driving. Plenty of clean towels and the use of a washing machine and dryer.
Beds were on wheels so moved around a little. Not much of an issue but slightly irritating.

Close to the beach. Close to CBD. Not far from taven, walking distance.
The ants all over both entrance gates,we bought ant spray and fixed that problem other than that everything was good.

Privacy. Well lit. Ample space. Comfort. Clean linen and towels.
Not sure when was the bin day. Former occupants left a full bin (the recyclables). Was a bit smelly. The other bin was fine, we copied on the neighbours and luckily the garbage truck did come by and emptied it.

House was quite dark and sterile, no place to sit outdoors. No internet.

Very easy to find. Reasonably close to town.. Quite area.
The driveway being so close to the street corner which had a give way sign but cars came around very fast. Made it a difficult driveway to reverse out of.

The house was lovely and close to the beach, it had all we needed for a lovely break, it was a bonus to have our fut babies with us. Great value for money and perfect for us as a couple.
The grounds need some attention, grass seeds a problem. Window coverings could be updated. Noisy air conditioners.

We stayed 10 nights and really loved this house. It had everything we needed plus a well stocked pantry, as well as all the cooking utensils and plenty of cutlery.
There's also a bottle shop and a great casual restaurant/bar (The Beach Shack) just 250 metres away. The street is quiet and the locals are friendly!
The beach is only 2 mins walk away but it's not good for swimming - it's great for walking along though, as well as sunrises!
Just a few minutes' drive away is the Sea Temple resort where they welcome guests to use their pool! They also have great poolside food available and make mean cocktails, so the lack of a swimming beach doesn't matter at all!
The house has a big lawn at the back and it's all fenced, so perfect for kids' ball games.
