Free car parking

Although knowing it is a 'Budget room for 3 persons' when booking, didn't expect it is so small. The toilet door is touching the bed that you can't get in or out withing waking the person up. The shower is so slow and difficult to control, took everyone half an hour to have a shower.

Check in was seamless and had a lovely stay.

No negatives have stayed here multiples times and each visit has gone great.

Their was no heating on in rooms Plus the shower water was cold The bathroom needs an update Plus I was on top floor and had to carry suitcase to Top floor because no lift the outside of hotel badly needs a update for the prices you pay The cleaning staff were helpful with cleaning of rooms But badly needs update in rooms carpet etc Plus lots of cobwebs on ceilings Will not stay here again

The breakfast was appalling The cooked breakfast was appalling Dried up and the egg hard and inedible Nothing was out on display I had to guess what on offer

Good bathroom. Nice shower and good flush on toilet. Room very light and bright. Reception lady very helpful with check in and very cheerful.

While I like hard floors in my own home, it made everything slightly noisier so everyone else's footsteps and voices could be heard when they went by the room due to the echo from the floors. But a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

Excellent staff

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and upgraded us to a better room. The location was good and suited our purpose and the shower was small but powerful. The room had a fridge.

The room was still a bit compact and especially the en-suite shower room. It is on a main road so a bit noisy as we had to open the window due to the heat.
