The location was 5 minutes from the hotel. You walked out the door, turned left and were at the station in minutes. The Staff were nice and the hotel atmosphere felt way more upscale than the price would suggest.

My room was a bit small but, for a single, I have no complaints at all. I really have nothing negative to say.

The room was great and had a nice size for one person. The elevator was quick, but you often had to wait in line on it.

They completely failed in my opinion with cleaning the bathroom as there behind the toilet set and toilet was so much hair and dust that it was super nasty. I even told the receptionist and they didn't really seem to care much about it even though I told them out of kindness and not as a complaint. This is now my complaint as it didn't feel like a great experience and I'm still grossed out about the toilets. Also, we had booked three single bedrooms and all of them were pretty nasty in this area of the bathroom. Not acceptable!

The room size was ridiculously small. Room fees were too high for size of the room. Very poor value. Also, the breakfast hot buffet was cold.

The location is very nice and convenient. I especially like how they have a convenience store in the second floor.

The room was warm. No air conditioning and ventilation, me and my family where using any flat item to use as a fan.

The location is excellent and the room was very comfortable. I only stayed one night, but I would happily stay longer on another trip. It's quite a fancy hotel, but was a reasonable price (at least when I booked it). The 12:00 checkout was particularly appreciated, as I could do some morning sightseeing before leaving.

Breakfast was expensive for the food served - could have had more options for a 2,600 yen breakfast. Also, I don't eat pork, so I asked for an option to add an extra egg dish in replacement of the pork dish, but the staff said no. Again, little value for the breakfast. Hotel bar on the second floor was temporarily closed but this was not indicated clearly upon hotel booking. And the gym/pool facilities require an additional ticket payment of 550 yen. It's not part of the room package - again, not clearly stated prior to booking.
