Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, villa was perfect for us all. Handy for the supermarket and bakery. 20 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Would recommend to other families.
Air con would have been amazing but we are from Scotland and not used to the heat!

This property was perfect for us, only 20 minutes walk to the beach, the shops were 10 minutes away, the pool was lovely and Christine was really helpful. We loved it

Very nice house with a beautiful garden and a wonderful pool

Our stay was wonderful. From needing for one of our party to check in a few hours early to a plumbing problem the response time and helpfulness was always quick. It is a great location to be able to walk to the grocery store or some cafes.

It was a super nice house, decorated in a modern frensh way, very comfortable,
Good area to all beaches, cannes and theoule, close to all golf courses,
We will for sure come back, only problem is that needs to be booked long time in advance!

After 10 summers in Mandelieu probably the best location yet
We have been going to Mandelieu for a dance event for the past years and have been in numerous Villas, Hotels, Campings, etc., but this place has been the best so far. Perfect location, right next to a huge shopping center, 5 mins by car to the beach, or use the free bus to the beach in front of the shopping center. The kids spent most of the time in the pool, we could relax. There was always shade and sun by the pool, so you could choose what you wanted. You can eat inside or outside, dinner was always outside as it was cooler. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with walk in shower, 3 nice bedrooms… and it was very quiet… if we come back next year, we will definitely try and get this place again.

Das Haus liegt sehr privat und uneinsehbar, sehr ruhig aber doch auch zentral. Wir haben eine herrliche Woche verbracht.

We had a great stay however it has been let down by the owner accusing us of damage to property after we left. He is taking money for damaged bed linen which we didn't do. The photos sent to us are of very ripped sheets, we noticed a small tear when we stripped the beds before departure (assumed from wear and tear) but now they have large holes in them! Very disappointing and accusing messages from the owner. We respected the house and its property and left it in a very clean and tidy state (even washed and dried all beach and bath towels to be helpful!). I suggest inspecting the property thoroughly on arrival and taking photos of any damage otherwise you will be duped like we have! Apparently it's in the small print that you can be charged for damage even if there is no proof that you did it!

Très belle propriété à multiples facettes
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et d’un grand confort. Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour apprécier votre séjour…3 belles chambres dont 2 avec vue directe sur la piscine. L’espace extérieur est magnifique : très belle piscine avec équipement extérieur en nombre. L’espace extérieur est très bien divisé… coin repas / coin piscine - détente et coin salon apéro…et jardin paysagiste
Un vrai dépaysement… nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Cordialement

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cette superbe villa. Idéalement située et à proximité des commerces essentiels. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le charme que la maison propose, ainsi que l'équipement dont elle dispose.
Nous avons été ravis de la communication avec le propriétaire et les personnes intermédiaires.
Ce séjour en famille nous a tous ravis et nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Perfektes Haus – perfekte Lage
Sehr schöne Villa, ruhig gelegen und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Côte d’Azur.
Monaco als auch Saint-Tropez sind in der Nebensaison in weniger als einer Stunde sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Der Pool, der paradiesische Garten und die Terrassen sind wunderbar angelegt und das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet.
Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass man abends auch noch kurzfristig etwas für den Grill besorgen kann.
Die lokale Betreuung sprach nur Französisch, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und schnell.
Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : la maison a tout le confort nécessaire; la décoration est assez sobre et de très bon goût. Le quartier est assez calme, sans être trop éloigné du centre, et juste à côté d'un pôle de commerces ce qui est pratique.
La communication avec le propriétaire et l'intendante a été très bonne.
Je recommande sans hésitation!!

Ruhig und zentral gelegene Villa, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit einem tollen Pool. Rießige Terrasse mit Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill und Außendusche. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Villa. Viele kleine Details, sehr liebevoll gestaltet.
Die Bilder zeigen wie wunderschön es dort ist, alles genauso wie abgebildet.
Einkaufszentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Gastgeber äußerst freundlich und sofort erreichbar.
Zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen die perfekte Adresse !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sein de votre maison. Tout était parfait. La maison est conforme à la description, le ménage très bien fait. Le propriétaire a toujours été à l’écoute et réactif quand à nos questions. On recommande les yeux fermés et espérons pouvoir revenir à nouveau un jour !

Super séjour au bord de la mer
Nous avons vraiment adoré cette belle maison, très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine était également très agréable et les plages autour de Mandelieu-la-Napoule l’étaient aussi. Nous espérons de retourner un jour.

I stayed with my family, two teenage girls in the house.
The house was very well equipped, very clean, a wonderful pool and a great location.
The communication with the owner went very smooth.

Location réussie, nous pouvons que vous recommander cette villa. Parfaitement équipée, cette maison située dans une zone très calme vous apportera beaucoup de satisfaction. La proximité d'un grand centre commercial est également un avantage. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible. C'est sûr, nous allons revenir !

Nous sommes enchantés par cette location. La maison est comfortable, le quartier très calme et à la fois assez proche des commerces. L'accès à la plage est assez simple et les options de promenades, visites etc. sont infinies dans la région.
Enfin, un mot sur le propriétaire... très discret et disponible dès qu'il le faut...

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lag
Das Haus ist so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Schöne gepflegte Außenanlage mit großem Pool. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Auch innen ist das Haus sehr geräumig.
Leider müssen wir Abzüge bei der Sauberkeit machen.
Wir waren zwar zu früh vor Ort, jedoch sollte das Haus nicht übergeben werden, wenn noch nicht alles geputzt wurde.

Il est vrai que les jours de forte chaleur, la climatisation serait très appréciée et surtout l'installation de moustiquaires aux fenêtres.la maison se trouve proche des commerces. So nice!!
We just came back to Hamburg after spending 4 very relaxed weeks in this great place! Thank you so much for renting out this beautiful house, we had a fantastic time!
It's peaceful, private, spacious, the pool and it's maintenance is great, the house is very well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and is furnished with a lot of taste - you feel at home almost at once! A hugh supermarket with everything you just can imagine is 5 minutes away (by foot!) and you reach the beaches and the little village of La Napoule after a walk of 20 minutes.
We really enjoyed it and I do hope to come back sometime in the future!

Amazing location in a beautiful place
This villa is very well equipped and located close to bakeries, supermarket and restaurants. We spent a week at the house and enjoyed it a lot. Great pool area and a lot of space around and in the house. The villa is very well equipped and throughout absolutely tasteful.

Superb property in an excellent location.
What a fabulous holiday we had at Julien's beautiful house! It was absolutely faultless - perfect location, very well equipped and impeccably tasteful throughout. Julien was quick to reply to my emails and his housekeepers were friendly and eager to please. The pool was fabulous and the house allowed everyone to have enough space to prevent us tripping over each other. We paid extra for the towels and bedding and these were great - very luxurious, although it would have been good if the beds had been made for us when we arrived after a very long journey. We have already recommended the house to friends and we shall certainly return again.

Wonderful days spent around the pool and so handy to every amenity! Relaxing and well equipped.
The villa is a private oasis. Beautiful pool with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture. We were six and there was plenty of space. Easy-to-use kitchen and choice of internal or external dining. Everything you need is handy - bakery, supermarket - and it's a pleasant walk to the beach in La Napoule which is sandy and accessible. A handy place to explore the rest of the Cote D'Azur - we took trains to Monaco/Nice/Cannes/Antibes/Grasse. Fab fireworks too! Highly recommended.

Summer paradise!
We had a wonderful stay at the villa which had everything we needed for a vacation with kids! The villa is well located and close to grocery store and restaurants. Villa has very nice outdoor areas for sunbathing and dining outside and is very well equipped. Only downside is that there is no air conditioning and with 30 degrees outside it gets pretty warm during days and nights. Would love to return and can warmly recommend for families with kids!
