room is neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Overall it was very clean all around. I haven't tried the breakfast.

Es ist ganz normale alte Hotel. Ist nicht modern.
Wenn man nicht viele Sonderwünsche hat, reicht es eigentlich.
Ich kann nicht schlecht sagen.
Im Flur gibt es ein Geruch wegen altes nicht saniertes Gebaude. Ist nur störend wenn man sich im Flur, Treppenhaus befindet. Die Zimmern sind gut belüftet. Daher ok.

Schnelle und unkomplizierter Check in, Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Frühstück war gut, soweit alles vorhanden. Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück und Checkout nett und kompetent.
Alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die typischen kleinen Problemchen (Fugen offen im Bad, diverse Risse an den Türen). Aber nichts was groß gestört hat.

Größe des Zimmers, komfortables Bett, Zugang mit Schlüssel, Sauberkeit und Größe des Bades, ausreichend großer Schreibtisch, Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Stadt und der Umgebung, Gute Verkehrsanbindung durch Haltestellen im unmittelbarem Hotelumfeld, Preis, schnelles und stabiles WLan, einfacher Checkin-/Checkout, freundliches Personal, am Tag des Aufenthaltes ruhige Lage. Man sieht das nach und nach Verbesserungen durch den Betreiber stattfinden, eigentlich angenehmes Farbambiente im Zimmer.
Zimmer bedürfte einer Renovierung um den Bettbereich herum, sonst war das Zimmer sauber. Parkplatzsituation am Tag des Aufenthalts (aber vernachlässigbar)

I would recommend to add more Variolä menu to the breakfast table for those who donˋt eat cheese and dairy products.

Rooms need a make over. Bit outdated and the wear amd tear starts to show.

i can’t say enought about how much great this hotel and the staff was . this was my first time moving to germany and booked a hotel , and i had no idea what i should have expected. but the Regina Hotel was totally suitable for me from all the ascpects . the breakfast was amazing the room was amazing the location is close to everywhere and the staff are really nice . i really enjoyed and liked my staying at this Hotel . i would definitely recommend it to the solo travelers.

Real people in a real hotel, no pretences but very comfortable and very clean. Excellent reception at the front desk based upon genuine kindness and the breakfast was very tasty and generous. If I need a place to stay in Darmstadt again the Hotel Regina will be the place for me.

The road outside is a main road, and for those rooms in the front, it might be a little noisy.

the location was perfect and directly connected to the bus station and nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The stuff are perfect and helpful.

Room was clean and functional. Close to tram stop for travel throughout the city. Very friendly staff with good resteraunts close by and parks for younger children .
Nothing was that obvious too complain or spoil the stay we had.
