These apartments not only meet luxury standards, they elevate them to new heights. The terrace is a tranquil sanctuary and the location in the upscale neighborhood adds an exclusive touch to the experience.

I was appalled at how disorganized the check in was arranged. They provided an app and a code for the building and neither worked. Another guest allowed me into the building. They did not tell me I had to get a key card just to turn on the electricity so of course nothing worked. There were no instructions on how to use any appliance. There was a water leak in two places in the ceiling and finally after 12 days of my stay a maintenance person came to fix only one of them and he made it worse. The AC worked very well but the humidity in the flat stayed between 65-70%. I use a digital thermometer and so I monitored it throughout the stay. The couch was horribly uncomfortable and was leather so this made the humidity feel even worse. Overall way too expensive for the terrible accommodation. The only redeeming feature was the local staff who were very friendly and professional.

Lovely spacious apartment in a lovely ‘locals’ area of Barcelona. Several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby and very close to bus routes taking you directly to the centre of Barcelona. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting Barcelona.

We checked out last july 25 and up to now (aug 12) i have not gotten my deposit (€ 400.00 for our 2 night stay) back. I cannot believe that it takes this long to process a credit to my card. I got a redund for a cancelled flight faster than my space could return my deposit. It’s a real turn off, will definitely not us them or vrbo again. I have called them several times about my refund and they just keep on saying the refund documents are already with their accounting department. To be honeat its quite frustrating.
I think that compared to the other places we stayed in during this vacation (madrid, berlin, barcelona, segovia, and cordoba) this was the place which i felt was not good value for money

Slightly away of main tourist’s roads so we had a quiet and comfortable stay.
A lot of restaurants, bars and bakeries in the neighborhood to enjoy the flavors of Spain.

Spacious apartment in Barcelona
The apartment was spacious and the neighborhood was very nice. The subway was a little far, but it was a nice walk and the taxis are pretty inexpensive. We did have some issues. We weren't sure how to open the front door when we first got there. Maybe the management should let you know when you check in. Also there was no soap/shampoo in the bathroom and no paper towels or hand towels for the kitchen. The beds were a little hard for my taste.
Small things to improve but overall a good place to stay.
