Absolutely wonderful place and the staff were fantastic

The staff were very helpful, polite, meet my every need. Hotel was very clean, tidy and easy access to beach. Room was very clean and modern and everything was in working order.

In our opinion this hotel really deserves a very good review. It is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and ready to help. There was a problem with the safe in our room and the young man (I don't know his name, sorry) at the reception came and fixed it immediately. Some people might find the breakfast not so varied, but there is a little bit for everyone, salty and sweet, and if we don't want to waste food, what is offered here should be enough. It was for us. The cappuccino and latte macchiato are really tasty. The hotel doesn't have a parking area, but there are so many places where you can park for free or by paying a tax that you shouldn't worry. A good place is the parking area behind the Farmacia Comunale 1. Don't arrive or don't move your car at the weekend though, it can get really crowded. We stayed there in June, so we cannot say how it really is there during the high season...maybe it is crowded all the time. But with so many parking areas, you will surely find a place. The pool is not that big ( in June it was not crowded anyway) but it is spectacular by being on the roof. All in all, we had a great time and think it is a good value for money...at least for what we paid in June.

The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants etc. We were there for the Ironman and were allowed the tri bike in the room. Triple room was sufficient for a family with a small child. Almost all staff were great and very friendly. Parking available.

One older staff member, perhaps owner, spoke only Italian. As we were at check out he was clearly shouting at another staff member and causing upset. We also witnessed him being extremely rude to others and guests throughout our stay. He really let the place down. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect.

Very nice hotel altogether: comfortable beds, large room with huge balcony, nicely decorated well functioning bathroom, very tasty breakfast and above all Great service!

You need to arrive at the breakfast by 9:30 to have all items still available (breakfast served until 10 am).

The hotel was close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodated to facilitate the change of my booking.

The room was on the small side, but OK for one night.

- The swimming pool on the roof doesn't have warmed up water, it is normal cold water that gets warmed up by the sun (which was not very strong at the beginning of May). Moreover it is possible to use the pool only from 9am till 7pm, basically during the time you usually spend out of the hotel... - We got the deal with the breakfast included, but it turned out that proper food was available only during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), as lot of Italians were there for it. We stayed until Tuesday morning and there was no chef to do the cooking, no cheese available, just few things (mostly sweet) left from the breakfast food of the weekend. They brought us some scrambled eggs last minute. Moreover, when you sit at the table (buffet not available during covid) they do not tell you what they have, they just ask if you want sweet or sour breakfast and you have to guess what they offer. - The cleaning ladies were pressuring for cleaning the room one morning, but another day they completely forgot about us and did the cleaning in the late afternoon, only after one of the managers realized we were still there. - The room was very cramped, with very little space to move around. It had a double bed (with 2 single mattresses put together) and 2 bunk beds at the side, which were reducing the usable space even more (we were just in 2, no need of extra beds). - The bed and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable. - They say not to hang towels and clothes out on the balcony, but there is no hanger in the room and you don't know where to lay your towels and swimming suits to let them dry. - We booked three nights in this place, as on the paper it looked promising, but sadly we didn't feel much at ease and felt we were bothering guests.

Nice heated pool on roof-top, superior rooms (at least) are freshly renovated and nice, good breakfast. Beach is just short walking-distance away.

Pool doesn´t have attendance nor camera, which is normally fine, but some guys were listening own music there and taking pictures of ladies in bikinis without asking, which was not OK. But hotel can´t unfortunately much choose the guests. Otherwise all perfect!

The breakfast was only cake and tart, no normal bread/croissants or anything. Eggs/bacon was not filled up and it was cold. The breakfast was a big dissapointment.
