We had a great stay in this apartment. Not our 1st time in Javea but the 1st in this apartment. It is in an ideal quiet location just a 5 minute walk from the harbour area. 15 minutes to Arenal. The apartment was clean and spacious with the balcony looking out over the gardens and pool area. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment and hope we will be back soon.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was comfortable. It was easy to park in front of the residence, which is safe and convenient. The host is very dedicated and answers our questions promptly. The owner provides a breakfast kit for your welcome. It's rare to find this in a rental! Javea is a beautiful place. We discovered coves with beautiful landscapes! In the evening, we went for walks on the bay of Arenal beach enjoying good ice cream and admiring the beautiful sunsets. We will be back with pleasure!

A lovely apartment equipped with everything you could need. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the easy access to the beach and port. Jon was quick to respond and key pick up etc was straightforward. We would book again.

Lovely flat. Well equipped. Clean and nicely decorated. Balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Storage box on the balcony housed lots of goodies for kids when they went to the beach. Walking distance to port and sea front. Will stay again.

We have been coming to Javea for some years and really enjoyed our stay and it is certainly one of the best apartments we have stayed in. The weather was great also!

Great apartment in an ideal location. Very comfortable and owner left a welcome pack of essentials...milk, bread, butter, tea e.t.c which was really appreciated as we arrived on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely 10 day stay. The weather was fabulous for the end of November and the apartment met all of our needs. Great spot with the sun on the terrace virtually all day! We really appreciated the welcome pack of food and water.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here, and each time has been better than the previous, the apartment is functional, there’s not a thing you need (barring more comfortable dining chairs on the balcony, but that could be down to olde bones). Proximity to the beach whether it’s the stony port or golden sand of arenal is ideal, Javea has something for every one. Will definitely book again….

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need to self cater.If you prefer to eat out lovely restaurants a short stroll along the coast and you will find a good mixture of restaurant’s.The apartment overlooks the well kept gardens and lovely pool.The owner was great to deal with and easy to contact.

The apartment is amazing, very well equipped. The welcome package was very appreciated as we arrived late at night. The only annoying thing which is nothing to do with the owners is the lady above who sounds like she is walking around in high heel shoes morning and night.

The Spanish Costa Blanca has 2 faces.Sunny and warm during the day, but chilly during the night. Accomodation with appropriate heating is therefor a must. This rental appartement is 'top of the bill' for our winter time stay. Nice and spacious sun facing and sheltered balcony. Comfortable living room with all facilities like TV and wifi (1 user). 2 bedrooms with nice non-noisy beds. Bit short (190cm) for us tall Dutchies though. The appartement came with a special feature: a 'warm welcome' essential shopping-package with coffee, tea, bread etc. Although the supermarkets are literally around the corner (10 mins walking), on arrival you can first relax from the trip and make yourself comfortable. No negative comments? In fact only 1. The sound of the neighboors' (up and aside) daily affairs and activities (toilet) is sometimes quite loud. In our case the lady upstairs must have been walking on wooden cloggs by the sound of it :-) For us no reason NOT to book this appartement again in the future. Just being honest. We stayed five weeks from mid december till mid January. The apartment have all what’s advertised. We had five weeks of sunny weather without a drop of rain during the day. Supermarkets and restaurants on walking distance. We kept the various rooms warm in the evening with several electrical heating units. A point of attention is the wifi. Only one device can be logged in at the same time.

Just a little bit tired but ok for a short stay. Good balcony but missed the expected Welcome Pack as it was a long journey to get to the property. Excellent contact with the property owner.

This is a well kept apartment that has everything you could want, perfect location, easy walk to the local restaurants and shops in and around the port. If you want the more resort elements for you visit, than the arenal area is just a 15mins walk along the beach road. Really is perfect in every way.

The only downside for us was that it appears only one device can log in to the WiFi at a time. Wasn’t the end of the world, but one of our party had to work whilst away, and needed the WiFi on her laptop and work phone at the same time (phone didn’t have data), had we known previously we’d have been prepared for it, but was a bit frustrating at the time. Having said that, we still had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend it to others, and return again to the apartment in the future!

Everything was done easy and quickly

This apartment has everything you need for a great vacation. It is very comfortable, well equipped and an added bonus for the soap opera addicts amongst us (not looking at anyone in particular!) was the great range of UK tv stations available. Although we were there in the off season, the grounds and pool looked really great and we look forward to returning in sunnier climes when we can try out all the facilities of this beautiful apartment complex.

The appartment is just one road back from the sea and is idealy situated for walking along coast, into Arenal, to the shops/supermarkets and restaurants of which there are plenty. Denia, Moraira, are within easy driving distance The owner is helpful with good communications and goes the extra mile to ensure you have a trouble free stay - thank you.

Just got back from week stay at Bolonia apartments. Apartment was first class, clean, tidy and with everything you could possibly want. John the owner made sure a welcome pack of tea, coffee etc was made available, "very useful when landing at airport late at night". The apartment is within easy walking distance of Javea port which has a good selection of bars and restaurants, lovely place to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. We had a great holiday in Bolonia apartment. Accomodation is very comfortable with all home comforts such as wifi, satellite tv, spacious balcony. Location is ideal a few minutes walk from the port and beach. Owners were very helpful with booking. This is our second time at this apartment and can't wait to go back to beautiful Javea

The apartment is very clean, light, with 2 good size bedrooms and a large dining/sitting room.The terrace faces South super for sunbathing. The complex is private well maintained and has a lovely pool.The apartments location ensures easy walks to the Port, Old Town and the Arenal beach.Javea is in a beautiful peaceful area in this part of the Costa Blanca. Highly recommended accommodation. The owner replies promptly to all communications

This property really lived up to our hopes and expectations. It was immaculately clean and well prepared for our arrival and we felt immediately at home and ready to begin our holiday. There were even a few items in the fridge to welcome us. It is a particularly well equipped and well maintained property, with important extras, such as English TV and WiFi, and air conditioning in the bedrooms, which turned out to be essential for a while as the temperatures climbed. The apartment is comfortable and roomy, particularly for four, although it does sleep six if you utilise the sofa-bed. The balcony is wonderful, overlooking the beautiful garden and pool, and catching all-day sun, but with a superb wind-out awning to provide shade when it gets too hot. Everything you might need will be in this apartment somewhere. There are even chairs for the beach, and sun loungers and inflatables for the pool. The washing machine is an important facility in these days of 10 kilo travel. Location-wise the apartment is hard to beat, being only a few minutes from the lively port area of Javea, and an easy walk up into the old town. You are spoilt for choice as far as eating options are concerned and you need never get into your car. We parked ours in one of the many free spaces in the road outside, and left it there for most of the week. The pool is as clean and inviting as it looks in the pictures, and we usually had it to ourselves. The complex seems very safe and secure, and was quiet, though not deserted in October. I suppose the biggest indication of our satisfaction with this apartment is the fact that we have already booked a two-week stay in it for next year.

A well equipped ;well maintained and well laid out apartment. We wanted for nothing and found to our pleasant surprise that all the appliances were in good working order and simple to operate. The air con was a life saver; Sky TV was a godsend and the balcony was well lit ( a big asset if you enjoy an evening read under the stars). There was ample wardrobe space (incl. hangers) but the only negative that I can come up with is that a bit more drawer space would have been useful to lay out clothes. The bathroom was well equipped and there was always plenty hot water for the over-bath shower. All in all we had a great holiday, only enhanced by the quality and v.f.m. of the apartment.
