The check-in was friendly and fast. The room and view was awesome! Such a great view! The breakfast was so luxurious and we talked to a staff member, a young girl, she had been in Sweden a few years. Her hospitality and friendliness was to a 10✨. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we want to go back! I think we came at a day where the roof top bar was closed but then we headed out in Piteå and had a lovely evening. Definately a hotel and town we’re revisiting!

Really nice hotel in the middle of Piteå. Large comfortable rooms with an amazing view (we stayed at floor 12). Amazing restaurant on the top floor (Restaurang Tage) with superb food and gorgeous view over the city. They also have a nice rooftop bar. Very friendly staff.

breakfast only being available till 9.30am during the week means an early start for people on holiday

+ high building, nice view, early check in, good breakfast, amazing Tages restaurant on top floor, close to super market, parking in front of hotel, beautiful lobby

- curtains were closed when entering the room, tables were placed on the couch, chairs were placed on the bed, chair placed on the table, gave a very weird first impression, sink was a bit clogged, light button in bath room was stuck, so no mirror light to do make up, toilet paper was thin, was missing a phone to call reception, staff didn't ask on checkout what we thought (so didn't get asked for feedback), wifi was not secure
