This home was beautiful very well kept. Only thing the mattress in master down stairs needs changed out. The little pepples of lint balls hurt a bit. The master down stairs gets very warm and stays very warm. That is the only thing i can say.

The amenities were exactly as we anticipated, and worked well for our family. The only disappointment was the significant traffic that impacted EVERY excursion. We even decided to cancel a few excursions we originally wanted to do, simply because no one wanted to have to wait multiple hours in traffic. I cannot say I would recommend this location to anyone who is actually wanting to see any of the attractions that Florida provides, simply because of the stifling traffic

Our large family came together in this home for a milestone anniversary. The home easily accommodated all of us and the pool and spa were wonderful. The home was exactly as described and the owner was an excellent communicator.

Nice home. Few minor things needed repairing - like a curtain hook or the vertical blinds. Overall nice home. It was great for our family and had plenty of space. Pool is still chilly in June so you may want to pay for the option of heating it. The neighborhood was amazing

Great place to visit and feel safe. Garry was quick to respond to any questions we had. We even met some locals that treated us like family!

The property was excellent for a family of 10 and can take up to 13 . Everything in the property worked well for what we needed and the clubhouse across the road gave the children an alternative swimming pool to use .. my only advice to future renters is forget the sat nav distance / times to Disney or Universal, traffic is terrible all the way and allow 75 minutes to get to Disney parking for rope drop

House was as described and hostvwas very responsive. We all loved the gouse and the kids truly enjoyed being in the pool everyday. Made many geat memories.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the property during the week of Feb 4-11, 2023. The owners were very helpful, friendly and prompt with replies to my emails. The house was spotless from the top floor to the main floor. The pool and deck were clean and there was a nice sheltered eating area outside. The location of the property is excellent as it backs on to a natural park and is reasonably close to shopping, Disney, etc. An added plus was the gate security for the complex and the security personnel who were thorough and polite. I would highly recommend this property.

Worked well for our group, lots of space for everybody and is a reasonable drive to theme parks

Nice gated community. House was directly across the street from the clubhouse and community pool which was great as we were there often. House had a couple of different sitting areas so we could spread out and not be confined to a bedroom. Host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs.

We had a lovely stay for our Thanksgiving vacation with family. The rooms were nice with space for everyone and the kids loved the beanbag chairs all around. The game room was fun and most nights you could find the kids there or in the pool. We had one issue with the spa not working appropriately because of an error by the pool company, but Gerry was quick to get it fixed. Great place. Highly recommend. Gerry was fantastic!

My friends and family enjoyed staying here. Not to far from parks. We had everything we needed.

Will definitely book this house again...very clean ...nicely decorated...heated pool was great...comfortable beds..about 13 of us stayed here for 8 days. We will recommend this property to everyone if you are traveling to Orlando area.

Wonderful place to stay, the house was very clean and pool and spa were as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. We had a great time and was as good as we expected.

We found the house ok overall, the main disappointment was the outside pool area, poor quality furniture with no cushions or covers provided, the tables chairs and loungers were very dirty we had to clean them before we could use

Watersong is a nice, quiet community a ways away from the hectic pace of the Disney area. There is a nice public golf course very close by. Stores and restaurants are about 15 minutes away, but there is a Publix for groceries only 5 minutes away. The community pool was awesome, and it was right across the street. Our grandkids loved it! The beds were very comfortable, and were a welcome sight after the long, fun-filled days at Disneyworld and Sea World. The 9 year old grandkids enjoyed the Playstation, and the air hockey in the garage. We made many happy family memories at this lovely Watersong villa!

This property had everything we needed! For those traveling with infants a high chair was available but a playpen/crib was not. No big deal for us but if you're planning on packing one. This was absolutely everything it said it was in the description. The owners were amazing when we had questions they always answered very quickly. The home was very functional and it was pretty close to the amusement parks. We felt safe in this neighborhood. We had a group of 8 and loved hanging out in the evenings by the pool. The only thing I would have liked to have known is there were only 3 washclothes which was no big deal we just went and bought a pack at the dollar store but something I wish I would have known before because I would have just brought some. The location in the neighborhood is also amazing it is right across from the club house were there are more games for the kids another hot tub and pool. Overall we were sad to leave and loved our stay but Ohio is calling us home. We will be back next time we visit Florida.

I can't say enough about this property. I have rented homes multiple times and have never had such smooth check-in and rapid responses as this, which honestly surprised me considering the owner is in a different time zone. As always, I read reviews prior to staying and someone mentioned things being outdated, not sure why that was said. This home is absolutely stunning! The beds and couches were so comfortable, I kept saying I wished we could take them home with us! I love the fact that the home was in a private gated community with 24/7 security. We paid for the pool and spa to be heated, which we used quite a bit. This home is directly across from the clhbhouse

This is fairly new, large, and well-maintained rental property in a secluded and gated community. All of this provided added peace of mind, on top, the home has security system with central monitoring, given young kids in their own rooms this was a huge plus and a key consideration for us to go with this property. With pool and spa we had plenty of fun on days we didn't hit the theme parks. In addition to that the home has large kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and baths that it can easily be shared by two families. There is a new strip mall nearby offering restaurants, fast food and grocery options. It was our go to spot throughout our stay and was really convenient While there are plenty of choices to stay in Orlando, I think what set this property apart from the rest is the owner himself. I had great communication with Garry. Given that I was traveling with young kids, I had a ton of questions and Garry was just amazing patiently answering each of them. Even with the time difference between US east coast and the UK, I found most of my questions answered within minutes. Given all the fun we all had, we are looking forward to returning back to Orlando and staying at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for spring break. Communication prior to our stay was amazing. The owner, Garry, reached out to let us know prior to our arrival that a few things needed to be repaired after the last occupant and they were quickly resolved. We even reached out shortly before arrival to ask for pool heat (100% worth it for a really great spa experience by the way!) and Garry was quick to provide an invoice and have it ready for our arrival. The neighborhood is on the smaller side but gated, beautiful and quiet with sidewalks for a morning stroll. The house is in a perfect location - directly across from the community club house and amenities. We're super picky about cleanliness of a home and this one didn't disappoint. Between the heated pool, game system set up and bedroom options, our kids (11, 10 and 6) couldn't have enjoyed the home more. We've stayed at a lot of homes in the Kissimmee/Davenport areas and this one was one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again!
