We have stayed here multiple times. You can't beat the location in Provo. It is always very clean and well maintained. The management/ownership is very easy to work with.

Loved the openness once you walked in the front door! The kitchen needs a wee bit of updates but bed was cozy bathroom on each floor was amazing! And the view and location for what I need was perfect!

The property was clean and had plenty of space. Working with the owner was great. It was a great experience and will be using again.

Best decision to get a townhouse rental to accommodate our family of 4. Initially it was for 6 , however the covered parking few steps to front door, clean inviting spacious open floor plan and tri level bedrooms with full bathrooms. Everyone had their own quiet area for a calm down time. We would gather in the living, dining area with open kitchen. Easy flow of conversation which everyone enjoyed! We surely will be returning to book future family vacation! I would highly recommend this townhouse rental especially for a family of 6. Mahalo from Kapolei, Hawaii

This place was just perfect for my family as my daughters attended the BYU sports camps. So close to campus and spacious enough for everybody to be comfortable. Pam was a great host. Its an old place but perfectly clean and cozy. Looking forward to stay again!

We loved our stay here. It is an older townhome but well taken care of. Communication with the owner was great. The layout is a little funky but worked fine for our family. The stairs might make it hard for babies or toddlers or others who struggle with them. The location was perfect for what we needed and we would love to stay again in the future.

This is our second time staying here and it is such a great location and place to stay. Management is awesome and easy to work with.

We love Utah skiing and wanted to try Sundance. This condo was very close. It is very clean, comfortable, well-stocked and well-maintained. Pam is a great host. Hope to stay here again but next time hopefully bringing our kids. Plenty of room.

The set up of this home was great for our family and the value spot on.

We are in our 70’s and this was our first VRBO experience. It was perfect! It was less expensive than a hotel room for two. It was great to be able to eat in rather than have to eat out every meal. This place was very spacious and inviting. It is conveniently located, but not in a crowded area. We wished we had brought some of the grandkids. There was certainly plenty of room and a good layout for privacy and great gathering spaces. Loved our stay! Thanks

We spent a week here over Thanksgiving. The location was great for us — very central to Provo/Orem, great access to everything we needed, and easy to get around to family in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking gear. Beds were comfortable, and very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The host was quick to respond to questions and the property is just as pictured. It’s a great set up with the 3 floors and 3 full baths. I would recommend this property for your next visit to Provo!

This condo was a great floor plan for our family, with a full bath on each floor, several TVs, comfortable beds and furniture. The location was perfect for us, since we came to attend a BYU football game and the condo was an easy walk to the stadium. The only negative thing I have to say is there is a hard water issue with the condo. The dishes all had a coating of white film, that you could see and feel. I hand washed every dish before we used it. The towels were very rough and thin as well. I think some rinse aid in the dishwasher would really help. Other than that small inconvenience, we were comfortable and content with our stay. The host was very responsive. The home is older, but nicely maintained.

This was a prefect place to stay for visiting Provo and going to a BYU game. Clean, great neighborhood, and Pam made check in and out simple and easy.

We stayed here to visit our college kiddo and her friends who attend UVU and BYU. The unit was very spacious, well appointed and a great value. We appreciated the dedicated parking as well. We were able to tour both campuses, attend a BYU volleyball game and checkout Provo and Orem. This would be a great place to stay if attending a BYU football game (unfortunately they were away the weekend we visited).

I took a short trip with my brother and our father and rather than booking three separate hotel rooms, we stumbled onto this house. The idea of three distinct levels, each with their own bedroom and full bathroom where you can all stay together yet all have your own floor with your own room and privacy is unmatchable.

We have stayed at this house twice now. Once with multi-generational family and this year with friends (3 Couples). Both times the house met all our needs. I love the 3 floor room arrangements. This time each Couple had their own floor with Bedroom, Bathroom, and Socializing area too. Pam is wonderful to work with. We hope to return again next year!!!

The townhome is three stories with a bedroom, full bath, and open living space on each floor. There was lots of room, well-stocked kitchen, two-stall parking, good location access to Provo/Orem area. Would definitely book this location again.

This is a perfect place for family and/ or friends. Rooms are all separate and each have their own bathroom. Very clean and the property manager stayed in communication throughout. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

We had an awesome experience staying here. The townhome was spotless, well stocked and had lots of space to spread out. Great location in Provo near BYU, hiking trails and restaurants. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great and there was plenty of space for our family. The check in was easy and the communication from the owner was really good.

This home was very comfortable and perfectly appointed for our stay. The three levels each offered a living room of sorts, bedroom and bathroom. The basement has a heater as it is cooler, even in summer. The top floor has a separate air conditioner. All bathrooms have hand soap and shampoo. The laundry room had detergent and fabric softener. The kitchen is the best stocked that I have seen with well labeled storage, utensils, spices, cookware, dishes and condiments. The propane BBQ grill made our meal in delicious and easy. The landlord thinks of everything! She was so good to communicate with, as well! She answered all my questions and was generous in helping all of our needs. The homeowner knew we were bringing a 2 year old boy and even left appropriately safe and interesting toys in the play room. We were touched by that and our little one loved it so much! We were able to come and go between family reunion events to a quiet and relaxing space. In case of loud neighbors, there was a white noise/pleasant sounds machine on the nightstand. It was quiet the whole time. There is plenty of indoor storage space with closets and cabinets and dressers. The exterior parking was clear and clean. The trash was easy to find. The traffic is very low but steps away from all that Provo has to offer. We stayed here 4 years ago, right after the remodel and it still has all of it’s charm and comfort. Spotless. Good mattresses. Inviting. Can’t recommend it enough!!
