We had a great week in Ocean Isle. The house was clean, comfortable, and has great views. It has great access to the “ quiet “ end of the Island.

Five couples spent three days exploring the area and loved purple rain

This is a well stocked and beautifully appointed house. Close to the beach. The owners have done a great job of decorating the home in a clean, stream lined manner. Empty closets and drawers lend itself to plenty of space to make it your own for the time you are there. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. More than ample towels provided both for indoors and the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a slight problem with the cleanliness of the tile floor in the main living area and management came immediately to remedy. Overall, we loved the house and plan to return next year.

The house was fine and we loved the location. But the house needs some love and attention. There was mold in many of the showers, the bannister railing was broken (someone out tape in it, but it was NOT safe), there was only 1 9x13 pan in the house and very few pans or storage containers, and the laundry huge needs a lock for safety.

We enjoyed every aspect of our week long stay. Each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom which was really ideal. Lots of pool time, but also prime location to the beach. The property manager was fabulous and attentive.

We've been coming to Ocean Isle for 25 years, and this was our rainiest week ever... But, the week was a major hit because of the new house. We've always stayed on the west end of the island, this was our first time on the east. It felt like a whole different island. Purple Rain is perfectly situated between two public beach access points, basically giving you two different beaches for the price of one (it also offers two different ocean views)! The house was clean and we really appreciated not having to pack in our own linens. The private pool was the perfect size for the kids in our group and was cleaned mid-week. The whole process of booking was smooth and the agency was very communicative and responsive. We will definitely book this house again.

Great location. Near beach. Needs some updating. Kitchen amenities are fine but kitchen table is “sticky”. Cleaning crew was short handed and showed up at 3:30. Check in was at 4:00. Cleaning crew wasn’t gone until 5:00. Josh the owner worked with us and refunded some $. Overall week was good

We were three couples and seven kids ages 7-13. The house accommodated everyone wonderfully. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom was a major plus. The location could not have been more perfect. It felt like oceanfront because it was so close to beach access and had such great views. The new terminal groin on the beach made for a lot of space at either point of access, and it wasn’t very crowded at all! The porch was lovely any time of day. Zero complaints!

The size of house was wonderful. We had 12 people: 4 couples, 2 teenager, 2 seniors and everyone had their space. Bathrooms off each bedroom allowed for privacy. Large kitchen and living room allowed for family gathering and eating together. Walking distance to the beach was great, used the provided wagon to carry supplies. Enjoyed the swimming pool and outside grill. Only negitve was the construction that was going on next door, but escaped to the beach to get away from the noise. I suggest to make sure you get the laundry package because you will not have bed sheets or bath towels. We truly enjoyed our stay at the purple house.

We had a wonderful time in Ocean Isle. The views and beach are like no other. We enjoyed the house and the pool. It is built for all ages . The elevator made it nice for my 81 yr old mom and our disabled son to move more freely.

Very nice and spacious, close to the beach, enjoyed another summer vacation on OI.

The owner should sit down on any one of the beds. All members of our group complained of the noisyness. 2 refrigerators upstairs would be preferable. Housekeeper was very helpful

House has a great location, wonderful views and great floor plan.Loved the covered decks/ porches.Great place for little ones to play and be able to keep them in our sight.Grandkids loved the pool.It took some getting used to for me and the other adults, but once we got acclimated to the water temperature, it was wonderful.But that is to be expected this time of year, I'm sure it is warmer as the outside temperature gets. warmer.Excellant weather.If it gets too breezy on the front decks/ porches we could go to the back ones.Plenty of places to sit and take in the views .Loved the elevator ,we only used it to transport our luggage at check in and check out.Even though we didn't use the dishwashers .They would have come in handy if we had needed them.The second refrigerator was great for storing extra water, and drinks when we were at the beach or pool and needed some thirst quenching without tracking wet or sand feet into the house.The pool and beach supplies ,in the storage area,were wonderful for the kids.Plenty of room for 10 people or more to have plenty of personal space.Plenty of parking space.The walk to the beach was a short distance.Very clean and neat house.Plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed.Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and entry to the decks, plus the half bath on the third floor was great to make a run to if in the pool for the little ones. Because it was close to a doorway and they didn't track wet foot prints through the house . The downstairs entry was a great place to leave sandy shoes and other things bought in from the beach without getting sand throughout the house.Steve, Liz and their maintenance man Roger were always courteous and informative if I needed anything.Look forward to vacationing here again in the future.

The communication with owner was so easy and smooth. Check-in was easy. The furnishing, kitchen, long family table and open concept was great. The easy access to the beach was a dream. All TV's worked so we could see our favorite football game on BIG Screen on a couch 10 could sit on easily! This was a borderline 11. If he will have us we would surely return!

It’s a beautiful house. The beds are comfortable we sat at the large table in the evenings and played games. Our group was 6 adults and 1 child under 12 and 3 teens so we had lots of room. The owner is great, as he called us after arrival and during the week asking if all was going well. I would highly recommend this property as the beach is not far away either

Highly recommend. The house is at the end of the Isle and therefore more private and less trafficked. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, making it super easy to go from the house to the beach and back. The house was more spacious than the pictures showed and it was a fantastic set up for 12 adults to have their own space but also get together for dinners and game night. The owner Scott was amazing and so, so helpful. We want to go back!

Starting with the owner Steve...He was very personable and informative. He was always available if we had questions and very accommodating to the changes we had to make due to Covid-19. East End Oasis will definitely be a place we would return to. It was immaculately clean, plenty of room for our party of 10 adults and two children. The views out of every room were spectacular! The design of the place just laid out perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated throughout, gave you the perfect beach experience. The pool was an added bonus especially for the young ones. We would definitely recommend staying here for a nice beach getaway.

The house was designed perfectly for a large family. We celebrated our mom's 75th birthday and had 6 adult couples who each had their own bedroom and bath. The living / kitchen / dining and veranda deck overlooking the ocean was the hangout space for most of the week. The design style was consistent thoughout the house and everything that you could possibly need for a week at the beach was provided. The pool area / back decks were nice in the afternoon when the sun made the front decks too hot. Steve was great at follow-up to ensure the house met our expectations upon arrival. Tanya had linen service set up for us upon arrival and the house was impeccably clean and well cared for. If there was a negative to the location, the beach had undergone quite a bit of erosion after Hurricane Dorian and the king tide made it difficult to enjoy the water. I would highly recommend the East End Oasis as a great family vacation home.

The elevator was perfect for my physically handicapped brother. The main living space was bright and comfortable. Our only concern was our inability to securely block the stairs. We had 3- 20 mo old baby boys. There was a gate but it did not securely fit. My only complaint was a small one. After traveling 11 hrs to get to Ocean Isle, the first thing everyone needed to do was pee. Imagine our frustration when not one of six bathrooms had toilet paper. I think that one initial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom or at least a few bathrooms can not be that cost prohibitive. The outdoor shower was perfect for sandy peeps! Maybe consider an outdoor barbecue grill vs the charcoal grill. The best part however was the owner who was always a phone call away. He was very kind, informative and accommodating. The view and porches afforded relaxation at sunrise and sunset. Thank you! We highly recommend this beach home
