The staff was impolite and insensitive.i had told them specifically that my flight was delayed and i would check out a few hours late and agreed to pay 1500 extra charges for late check-out.but they kept calling me again and again.and i was so embarassed that they made me checkout despite extra charges and i was forced to wait at the reception lobby with my luggage till my cab arrived. So many rooms were empty, they could have been a little understanding that i was traveling alone.

Honestly the only good thing about this hotel is the gym
The receptionist was a peed taker . Charged me twice as the amount I booked the room for 7750 rupees for 1 night stay. Before I got the final room I had to change 5 different rooms because all of them had the same problem with the window: it doesn’t close properly and they don’t have mosquitos net. First room no window. I change, second room window not closing, third room same window no closing, fourth room window could not open, finally the fifth room I could open and close the window but it had two single beds together with the gap in the middle. Not comfy and the guy a the reception a proper asthole. I arrived at 7am after 9hours on the plane and 5hours in the taxi and it took until 1030 before I could get the final room. I was tired and just wanted to stay comfy. But no chance here. I would not go back. And they really need to do maintenance for those windows. Oh and the spa doesn’t exist. It’s just the name of the hotel. Pathetic. If you are reading this. Choose another stay.

The hotel location is good ..We stayed for 3 nights, Great food and restaurant staff is awesome, especially a boy named Manish, We liked him , He was always active and smiling,
I don't like other staff,they were very slow,you have to remind them many times to get room service,maybe they have 71 rooms but less staff, Spa,massage etc are only for show off..But they have a good gym inside and a swimming pool outside.

Hotel is good ambience wise and view wise. Location is very near to the Railway Station YNRK but a bit far off from Laxman Jhula.
But overall a very decent stay
Although the room and hotel were fully clean, it seemed like the washroom seat wasn't cleaned and sanitized before we checked in. The hotel should start cleaning it after every check out and putting a "Sanitized and Checked" wrap around it like other hotels

The hotel is located at a very convenient place for car travelers, good parking space, nice little swimming pool. The food quality is very good but the service is very poor.
The service at the restaurant was hopeless. There is some scope for cleanliness.

Towels per guest not provided and hand towels not provided.. hotel staff refused to give towels... THERE WAS ONLY
1 bath towel and 0 hand towel in ROOM 216
1 bath towel and 0 hand towel in ROOM 215.... hand towel was never provided..even after call
0 glasses and 0 cups in room 216

1 water bottle in room 215 was provided ..even after several calls we never got water , we than later bought cold drink and water bottles from outside as The hotel made us feel guilty and small when we asked for glasses , water bottle
WASHROOM HANDLE WAS BROKEN IN room no 215 ... we complained ... but I am speechless here...
Locker was NOT working in room 216 ..again one of member could not go anywhere...as the housekeeping staff after several calls came after 3 hours in room to fix it...
many things i didnt write because of ajay and ashwin front office staff , being very polite to us .. but now we are writing ...
reception ladies washroom was so dirty .. that even their front office lady staff couldn't tolerate the smell and dirt in it...
The quilt was DIRTY ... in room 216
we had to call housekeeping manager twice or thrice..
24 hour room service not provided .. 10.30pm we called to order for snacks.. they only said this is last order and can only provide french fries.no other food.
8.30pm we arrived from aarti .. we asked for room clean... housekeeping refused to give a clean up... and than after huge argument i myself has to clean up room with staff as i was travelling with my small kids
Next morning one of our guest had stomach ache.. she was ill so came back room without having food ... we asked them to send plate in room...staff again refused and asked for payment ... and than when we inquired she get a call from satvinder F&B incharge... shouting at us.. khana nahi ayega room mein apko pay karna padega... He misbehaved with a girl..
Above our basic amenities and services required by any 4 star..We made a booking looking at 4 STAR...
