The pool and bedrooms the staff were fantastic

very clean, cleaners did great job.

poor location. not a single staff member greeted us as we arrived nor the whole stay (except the cleaner) the door was open on our arrival and that was it. they didn’t confirm it was our villa, very poorly run. safe broke on our stay. bathroom constantly stunk like mould.

The host was so lovely, helpful and humouring. The location is more tucked away than other Seminyak properties I’ve stayed at but was still walking distance from hot spots. Highlight was the cafe 5 mins down the road - Suma. Some of the best breakfast food I’ve eaten & a lot cheaper than the current inflated tourism prices. The pool set up is stunning, tied in with the living space being outdoor it’s perfect for socialising over drinks. Bedrooms / ensuites are huge - blackout curtains a win.

Love the villa and the open living area

The spas in the room dont work as the water pressure was poor and limited hot water, not enough heat or water.

Great location! We booked this as two couples and it worked perfect for us. Komang was very welcoming and worked around our schedule when cleaning up. Pool was amazing and the water filter was so helpful!

I would’ve loved to have some wifi at the property.

the bed is not comfort and noisy

Breakfast was not included. However, there was an option to pay for a chef and groceries, if required. Grab app was very convenient to order food and coffee right at the door step. Location was a bit towards the inside roads and was a little tricky to find it at first. But you can order taxi and was only 5-10 min drive from all shops, beaches, etc.

There were lot of ants and lizards around the property. As soon as you leave any eatable open, there will be lot of ants over it in a minute.
