Honestly the location was the main positive for this location since it is near the airport and we had an early flight. But even then it is at least 18 minutes to get there. I was disappointed by the size of the room and the furniture provided considering the price point.

The breakfast is buffet style, meaning they just leave pastries and bread out for the flies and bees to land on, rather than making it fresh to order.

I like so much the rooms, the staff and their kindness, the beautiful smiles of receptionists, the quality of service, the restaurant meals, price-quality Ratio is more than perfect... The localisation is also great, few minutes to downtown and to main highways... I highly recommend this Hotel, such a beautiful experience.

Nothing, everything was just perfect

the staff was very nice overall, the restaurant has good food which is very handy if you stay there so you always have a place to eat also the breakfast is fine

the cleanliness could be better, on my first day there my friend wasn't allowed to come to my room to drop my stuff for some reason.. also on the last day my friend was not allowed to help me pack my stuff which is really disappointing. it would be nice if there is a rule that visitor keep it quiet at 4am at night because there were some visitors making noise at night.

Jebrane the night shift manager was really helpful. He is the reason I stayed in the Hotel for almost 1 month. He was cooperative in every detail even the things that did not involve the Hotel. As a foreigner experience I never saw someone that helpful and cooperative. I would like to thank the hotel for its staff selection and a great thanks to Jebrane.
