Great place

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect with super easy access to winter park and a beautiful view of Fraser Valley. Rina, the property manager, was so friendly and communicative. We had a great time and would definitely come back to stay here again!

Beautiful property with plenty of room with our whole family! The sunsets on the deck were absolutely gorgeous! Will definitely be back!

Nice place, great views! Loved that each room had it’s owned bathroom. We had a great vacation here with extended family. The only negative we had is that the sofa really needs to be replaced.

The home worked very well for our group, we loved the big views and that just about every room had a bathroom. Kitchen also was great for cooking to a large group.

The place was as listed, hot tub was great and location also perfect. Rina was very communicative and let the kids borrow snow shovels and sleds to play. It was great!

Rina was a great host. She went through having to clean the house herself since her house cleaner quit on her. She went above and beyond just to make sure our stay was good. She’s amazing.

The property was just as presented in the listing. There was plenty of room and the Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Very roomy place, and we LOVED the heated floors. Everything was great, but the "private" hot tub means it belongs to the unit. It does not mean you have "privacy". Some sort of trellis between the hot tub and the other unit in the duplex would make it much more cozy.

The manager and her husband were very helpful with everything we needed. I would recommend this property.

There was plenty of room for a group of people to stay there. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The kitchen and great room were upstairs with an open concept and the bedrooms were all on the lower levels which allowed for privacy. The host was amazing, she checked in with us to ask if we needed anything several times, she was great! I would stay at this house over and over, the views are breathtaking!

Rina was great to work with. When the hot water heater stopped working she had her husband come over to try and fix it as soon as he got home from work. He had to get a part which meant we were out of hot water that day and night. Rina graciously offered to let us use the shower in their guest room. We didn’t feel comfortable with that so we waited until the next day when it was fixed to use the showers in CAT 5. Below is a list of minor things we repaired/did, as well as a list of items that still need attention. Items we fixed while staying at CAT5: Dried and folded load of towels left in washer Repaired lock on patio door Put patio screen back on its track Cleaned shower head in kids bathroom Attached handle to sink in middle level kids bathroom Cleaned out drain in 2nd floor kids bathroom drain Items needing attention: *Basement toilet wobbles *Filter in refrigerator needs to be changed *Expired food in cabinet *Hot water supply had error message of F09 leaving us without hot water.—fixed *Right front burner of cook top doesn’t light easily. *Deck light doesn’t turn on. *Grill out of gas *Found worms in 2nd floor bedroom across from the stairs *Lowest level bedroom door molding needs to be reattached. *Light over tub in 2nd floor bathroom across from the stairs is out. *Carpets very dirty. I feel I must say we were all highly disappointed in our stay. The condition and cleanliness of the house was nothing like the pictures indicated on line. We booked the place based on it saying there was air conditioning only to find out there wasn’t any. For the amount of money we paid to stay there, it was very disappointing there were so many things that needed attention If you have any questions or thoughts, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Our time in Fraser was wonderful. Rina was fantastic. Answered all our questions and made the check in/check out process really easy. Very spacious, and every bedroom has its own full bathroom! The house was equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need; fully-equipped kitchen (with double ovens!), beautiful deck with a grill, spotlessly clean hot tub…I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. You won’t be disappointed. The next time we visit Fraser, this will definitely be the place I book.

This was a great place to stay. The views off of the back deck were wonderful. Enjoyed being on it in the morning with a cup of Joe. Loved the location to the path and some small ponds. Also appreciated being close to Safeway. There was plenty of rooms and showers for all. We had 8 adults and it worked out pretty good. Rina was great and responded quickly to texts when needed. I would say the only very small negative about this property, was a couple of the shower heads need updating and the screen doors need some WD 40. Other than that... great property. Wonderful Property for our 4 families to spread out. Family from MO, KS, CA, & MN all came together in Fraser to enjoy the Cooler mountain temps for the 4th of July. The hottub was amazing at night. Kitchen and living room with deck overlooking the valley and mountains was nice gathering space. The stairs can be a bit much, maybe keep that in mind for anyone with limited mobility. Other than the stairs, which are do able, the whole place was perfect. Bathrooms for everyone! There was a pack and play as well as a high chair for our little one. Our family had a great time and enjoyed spending time in this lovely property.
