Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Comfortable beds, warm room. Hired skis from Clotes Ski Centre by the lift, great service & storage

Breakfast a little basic could do with a toaster and coffee wasn’t the hottest.

Excellent location. Good value and although we had read reviews and knew what to expect the negatives would be so simple to sort.

Breakfast was very poor, Stale rolls and limited choice. Asked for 2 twins and got 1 twin and 1 double, maids had gone home so we had to sort ourselves. Next day they changed the original twin to a double so we then had to change rooms (maids had gone home!). Slightly annoying no shelf in shower! Very tatty and dated, I would suggest this hotel is ticking over until it is either refurbished or rebuilt.

location is amazing- the hotel next door has a ski lift! right near the town centre (5 min downhill walk) but you don't hear the noise from the apres ski!

breakfast selection was lacking: no toast, no pastries, coffee machine was set up for a bigger cup size, two juices- fed up after 3 days one plug socket in the entire trip room-take an extension cord! dated rooms but not an issue for us

The location and town are great. Easy to get to from Turin, Nice options for dinner but don't be late it gets very busy later at night.

The hotel is old and not getting any investment. The rooms are fairly clean but don't look too hard.

The shower wasn’t working and when we mentioned it at the end of the stay we were asked where was it written down regarding the issue. There was a lack of toilet paper and towels for 2 people, cleaners were extremely rude when we asked for another towel. The cleaners also were rude if we were not out of the room by 10am for some reason. Our room was tiny, we paid for a double room and a friend of ours paid much less for a single room but somehow he got a much bigger room. On a number of occasions there were people smoking weed next door to us and we were unable to open the balcony door as the smell still came into the room, we had to leave the room on a number of times as it was so bad. Overall, we knew the hotel wasn’t high end but we were still very disappointed with the above issues.
