It was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was very accessible. As someone travelling from Canada, I committed the sin of forgetting my European adapter. So, I have strong appreciation for the rooms being equipped with USB ports. And, the hotel is a stone's throw away from a supermarket.

The signage on the building. It has gaudy signage indicating, "Best Hotel" and a very discreet, easy to miss sign with its actual name. The hotel is steps from the Metro, but I initially found it hard to locate because I was looking for the sign that read, "Brit Hotel".

Clean, cozy, staff was friendly, not in the centre, but it takes 10 minutes walk to get to it. Wifi works, breakfast was good.

Νo kettle in the room. I don't see how this is a 3 star hotel. Small rooms and very cold. Small heater.

Nice comfy bed. Small functional bedroom and bathroom. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Next to the tube or 20 min walk into the old town. Local market on the square on Tuesdays. Area feels lovely and local. Underground parking available at 9 EUR per day 50 m away.

Shower is very small. Maybe a little pricey for the overall offer.

The reception was opened 24/7. The quality gits the cost, it's a comfortable place if you're staying for the night

The night staff only spoke french (not a huge issue in my case, but still, it could have been easier)

it’s an unprepossessing building in a not very charming area, but we needed somewhere to overnight before a train ride.

Easy to get to via metro or walk, good price for a 3 night stay

The room and bathroom were very small, the neighbourhood very noisy and lots of gangs hanging around the hotel area, very intimidating local police always present! Hotel very noisy from early in the morning cleaners parking their station outside the door talking loudly and banging equipment and doors, room 306. I guess you get what you’ve paid for so will research a hotel better.

Great value for price. With secured underground carpark , supermarker across the road and walking distance from city centre. Very clean. Just bear in mind that due to location it can be noisy outside till very late but i wouldn't complain.

Secure parking at an additional cost. Not too far from main town centre. Nice and quiet in the room at night

No coffee making facility, or cups or glasses provided. Only 1 pillow provided and no extra Bedding available, beds quite hard
