Good location for the tram. Good-sized room with useful USB ports.

It is not obvious that the restaurant is only for half-board guests. Booking.com says there is a snack bar; there isn't.

The breakfast was nice. The check-in and check-out processes were wery easy. The room was comfortable. All the essentials were there.

The location is in the outskirts of the town and not very easy to access without a car. My room was close to the reception and to the restaurant, which made it quite noisy even at relatively late hours.

Extremely cold room. Was not able to heat it up even by heating whole night.

There was a lady staff who said I took water bottle in the dining room.. other staff woman or waitress told her I just had water from the bottle already placed there.. very unfortunate.. it was really a bad feeling. I don't know her name but was not at all comfortable when she was around.. other staff along with main receptionist were very polite and helpful. .. Secondly no water for drinking.. only if you pay .. really bad for so much paid for a night and no water. Bathroom and commode were of oldest version I remember for 160$ property. Per night

From the outside, the hotel has a funny 90s vibe, looks like a cheap dirty motel. But inside, everything is comfortable, pleasant and tidy. The staff was very helpful, although nobody could speak english. Good opportunity to practice your german, though :) The breakfast was pretty good, too. They have safe bicycle storage room, which comes in handy for bike travellers, such as myself.

The dinner food was not great, but as I arrived late, they kindly served me food even after official closing hour. So maybe that was just leftovers :)
