Was expecting a bigger gym and wellness area

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The furniture is old, the carpets are dirty in the corridors, there are not even teaspoons in the room and in general I didn’t expect such a thing from "Melia".

space inside the room was quite enough. also we have had some drinks inside the minibar for free and recharged every day, nice detail

Smell inside the room when we first entered. We haven’t been correctly informed about the parking situation outside the hotel, so we’ve paid the inside parking whilst there was plenty of space outside

Terrible experience for a business trip, those guys do not know how to manage a international hotel and compare to the other places and 4 Star hotels I have been in the world, the hole think feels like a big HOSTEL and was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and I got treated very badly by the CHECK IN STAFF a NO GO on a business trip, maybe in a HOSTEL or a summer camp but not there. The attitude is very bully almost threatening, on a business trip you do not have time for this BS and they embarrass you in front of your colleagues, so mind this hotel there are plenty of other options around.
