Very nice staff and very nice hotel

Room was freezing and did not get warmer even hours after maximizing the heat. The staff at the reception was very rude on the phone when we called prior to our arrival and hung up the phone after saying that "he does not have time for this".

Amazing breakfast with varieties of meals. I love that scramble egg. So kind staff. As a family they help us to make our stay happy. Super good room cleaning. We satay 3 nights. Im really happy and recommended.

First thing I saw entering the room was a spider. The curtain looked like it was never washed. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. And besides this, the room was very cold. There are no carpets, so the floor was also very cold even with your socks on. I would not recommend this place, especially in winter time. I actually booked a room for two days and left after spending only one night because it was freezing.

The worst communication ever. The hotel did not reach me after the booking to tell me they would not do their service. I paid for the room and provided all the important details (like when I would arrive at the hotel). And when I came - no one was there! The doors were closed, and no one answered the phone. I stayed on the street all night because of this. At least you could call me when I did not arrive at the time you expected. Hotels client management is awful; they did not contact me yet after I wrote a lot of messages and called many times. I don’t recommend this place; they ignore the bookings and their clients.

A service man opened the room while I was sleeping, with master keys! Imagine if you are with your wife, and find someone opening the door, and you say "hello" , and he just continues and enter the room! I came from long travel, so when I went to my room as I wanted to sleep. I did not put "do not disturb " sign over the door knob, sure, why should I do? Is it expected that any service or cleaning person comes to me after 1 hour from my arrival? This "do not disturb" is meant to show mainly my interest in cleaning my room next day, not after 1 hour from my arrival. The main question, what this person was trying to do inside my room after I arrived by 1 hour? Why he went further even I said hello? I was alone, and if I would have my wife with me in the room, I would certainly go to police station. Moreover the reaction of hotel administration was a mix of carelessness, impoliteness, and lying about what happened, and they neither apologized nor compensated me. I advise anyone not to deal with this hotel.

Position of the hotel is good, around 7 minutes from the airport. Arrived with the car, parking slots also good Self check in well organized with a safe security code. I didn’t have breakfast because of a early flight but it was looking good.

The style of the rooms are bit old. Bathroom not so clean, just got inside and i saw a long hair in the sink. Towels also not that clean but ok I am not that difficult I have advised the secretary that i needed a taxi and she answered : this is the number, you can call. From an hotel i expect something more

Room was very dirty. Toilet seat and toilet roll were broken. The electronic switches were also broken. The breakfast was €15, which was only for a bowl of cereal, toast or bread. I requested a fan because, I was hot, but the staff said that there wasn't one available. Bed was dirty and dusty. The walls were also dirty, they had marks on them.

i regret that the picture of the room were misleading and no solution have been provided. have been disrespected by the staff. lack of self-awareness.

it was the worse sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel my room was right next to road , closed the window and it was like there was no window. many deliveries throughout the night so hardly any sleep . had to sleep in the very small bathroom for last two hours

We arrived at 6 pm, there was nobody at the hotel. A key was left for us. Unfortunately everything in the room smelled like cigarettes. We are non smokers and we were traveling with kids. It wasn't one person that smoked in the room before us, its a constantly smoking room, walls, drapes etc. are penetrated with smoke. We left all of the windows open and came back at 11, that did not help a bit.
