One of the best accommodations that we ever had. Very clean, quiet and beautiful place. The style of the hotel is unique and gives you a good vibe. The breakfast was delicious. The personnel were very friendly, everyday the room was cleaned. The room has everything necessary for everybody.

Pretty much everything. Great decor, food, location, spa, staff. I was checking out very early and they even offered to make me a take away breakfast.

It was almost perfect except no ac, no fan. Room was hot. Recommend the staff supply a fan on very hot days.

Absolutely amazing stay, had a very long holiday Cotton House is by far the best hotel I stayed in during the travel. Staffs are super helpful and friendly, location is brilliant, quick walking distance to nearby stations. Rooms are nice and clean, very nice facilities to treat a long tiring day. Breakfast is fantastic! Highly recommend

Room was clean. Breakfeast was great. Location is also relatively close to center. There is a 24/7 open market 400 meters away.

Hot water in the bath was not stable. There is no keetle or coffe machine in the room.

Jacuzzi was good. The place was in old style like 20s or 30s. The restaurant downstairs was really good. The staff very polite and helpful. The room really clean. Location was also close to the attractions of the city.

There were two single bed blankets on a double bed. Really awkward for a couple. Water is overpriced. Water which is essential human need costs in the hotel 3€(small bottle), where the same branded bottle of water can be found at grocery stores nearby for 0.40€. In the room a few power sockets.

Wished there were sockets on each side of the bed. There was no shower screen in the bathroom so water splashed everywhere

oldstyle forniture and design make a special atmosphere in the hotel . The staff are really good and dedicated time to help us in different aspect of our visits. the breakfast is excellent and they gave us the package cause our flight back was too early in the last days.

the neighberhood is a bit dirty and out of citycenter. the shower can be improved and the lights in the room as well, some of them were not working.

Nice ambiance, an excellent location, and super friendly staff.

It was a little cold in the room, but I got an additional heater, which solved the problem.

Very clean and staff on reception very pleasant and helpful and efficient. Bathroom well resourced. Quality clean towels. On site breakfast, once resumed, was best location in hotel. Quality mattress but far too soft for me.

I chose a period property for its style but this meant it lacked modern convenience. Narrow and low headroom stairs, no phone or tea/coffee/ hairdryer facilities in room. Kitchen revamp meant one breakfast served in nearby cafe. No hot water 2nd morning on 2 floors. Largely peaceful but fire alarms went off 3 times first night. This was not external city noise I am certain. Photos make it seem more cosmopolitan and sumptuous.

Sadly the Cotton Club jazz bar has not reopened after Covid. There were issues with breakfast on one day and no hot water another day. Inconvenient but did not spoil our stay.

The service of the man at reception, really friendly and they put sparkling wine and glasses as a bonus because it was our anniversary free of charge.

The jets from the jacuzzi could have been cleaned out. Lots of limescale and bits came out into the bath.
