el tamaño de la cama es muy pequeña , ademas nos robaron un shampoo es algo muy minimo que no tiene que suceder la cama puede ser que no lo tomemos en cuenta se descansa pero no pudimos cambiar a king , no se pudo vcambiar de habitacion , los desayunos estan bien pero lo decepcionante es que se roben las cosas.

Front Desk were excellent. The Sunday buffet was delicious

Assistant Manager Ms Guzman was rude and a noxious person. Accused the family that we’re switching room to room. There hadn’t been a payment. We showed the key and payment was done. Confirmed by Anna front desk. Never apologized to the family. Complained about the weight room as unfit for any exercise. Asst-Mgr said it was closed for Covid. My response was then why give the key out when is not operational. No reply. Needless to say we will Not be returning to this hotel. False allegations and defamation is grounds for …!?!?

Electricity Failure 😞

nothing, the property was old, dirty no staff. the power of the hotel went off at 1am no power in the whole building.

Our room had dead coackraches in the restroom. Our 2 beds had prior guest hair all over the sheets. The sheets had stains on them. When we went to complain at 10:30pm, all the kid at the reception could do was offer us a clean set of sheets. When he handed us the "clean" sheets, he also noticed hair on them and quickly gave us another set. HORRIBLE hotel.

One bed was dirty with many hairs under the sheets. We called reception but it was too late and they did not have mates to change the sheets. I asked them to give us new sheets and we changed them. Beds were not confortable. They were too hard. Every night there was a very strong smell of drainage in the room, and I mean very strong. The air conditioning was working but every few minutes there were loud noises like it was trying to move the vent fins and there were getting stuck so there were loud Crack noises. We had to cover the shower drain because we saw a cockroach coming out of the drain and there were no tables where to put our luggage and we had it in the floor so we were scared cockraches were going to get into our luggage. The staff was just OK.

The location right on the main plaza was excellent. The staff were all very helpful. There are many shops and historic sites nearby. They went out of their way to allow us to check in early. The balcony restaurant was very good with a beautiful plaza view and great service.

We actually rented a regular double room, but the room they gave us was awful. Everything was old and tired. The curtains were torn, there were dents and scrapes on the walls and woodwork. The room was noisy. The service staff lounge room was two doors down and there was lots of loud chatter. The hotel is designed with a 5 story atrium built around tile floors and walls so every sound echoes through the hotel. The AC did not cool the room even on max, and it made loud clanking noises. Our view was the central mechanicals roof courtyard, so even thought our AC didn't work right, we got to hear the exhausts and whirring fans from all of the rooftop compressors. We eventually asked to change rooms and for an extra 500 pesos they gave us a very nice suite with a balcony on the plaza. That room was worth the money, but the first was not.

Roaches came out here and there. And there was a sewer smell as well.

The keys to open the rooms don't work normally and I had to go down to reception to activate it again, on more than one occasion (4 to be exact). And in the first night was roaches in the room. I have a video of it. For me this hotel it's overrated. And the guy in reception was very kind but it was lady black hair very rude.
