It is a property in a beautiful location. But the best bit about it is that you feel as though you are in a boutique hotel with a very personal service and yet have the fantastic facilities of a large hotel

assolutamente tutto perfetto! e stato hotel piu bello che io abbia mai visto! ancora mi ricordo l odore dei fiori che si percepiva in aria, la pulizia,eleganza e la raffinatezza del posto! tutto assolutamente straordinario. il personale gentile attento e paziente sempre sorridente, ma la cosa che mi ha fatto sognare......i petali di rose, la doccia di petali di rose! l attenzione per l ospite e fenomenale, non importa se e tardi ti riservano le stesse attenzioni indipendentemente se arrivi in giornata o alle 23 di sera! ho aprezzato la borsetta e uno scialle che mi sono stati regalati, i sali per la vasca da bagno, il kit di cortesia che ha superato le mie piu lontane aspettative! mi sono sentita coccolata, quando la sera mentre cenavo un cameriere mi ha indossato una coperta per proteggermi dal freddo.

la crema chantilly sapeva troppo di panna.. , secondo me i dolci vanno migliorati

Food could be better

Staff is very polite. Frontdesk service was very good. Even at breakfast time at Suryamahal service was excellent. But need to cover fresh fruit at the breakfast table rest every thing was super.

It was a bucket list visit for us at this property as we have been waiting to visit this iconic resort. It was an amazing experience and hospitality was warm and welcoming. Food at Surya Mahal was mouth water and chef prepared some special dishes for us.

We travelled from Sydney to this magnificent property next to amazing views of Lake pichola . Right from the airport - two Audi Q7 came to receive a family of four adults and kid . We opted for boat option to reach the property . We were greeted by a very smiling professional hotel staff Taniya who took great interest to show us the magical property . Moment you set your foot in - comfort and luxury oozes in . We had a semi private pool option to our rooms which had great views of the lake and garden. Food and breakfast options are lavish . Few restaurants to choose . Great in room dining service . Candle room / peacock was mesmerizing . Truly One of the top notch hotels I have stayed world wide . Due credit should be given to the people who do immaculate room cleaning / the hard working gardeners and people who keep the property / swimming pools well maintained and clean . Will come back again without doubt

Fact that there is nothing to complain

A wonderful 32-acre property which is an amazing architectural blend of the Mughal and Rajasthani styles. All the staff are extremely courteous, warm and most helpful. The hotel has wonderful lawns, and you can see peacocks strutting about every day. The hunting lodge (Bada Mahal) is certainly worth a visit. We were fortunate to be given a conducted tour of the Presidential Suite which is incredibly opulent and refined. Breakfast is lavish, well prepared and something I looked forward to each day! The Eggs Benedict and Smoked Salmon with Horseradish cream and capers are simply outstanding. Surya Mahal is a fabulous restaurant with exquisite service and a terrific international menu. We loved the Gosht Hussaini, Nalli Korma and Rabbit Mokul in the Indian menu! Most of all, each of the staff, are what make your vacation truly memorable!

The King Bed is a bit cramped and, in my opinion, could be longer (at least 78 inches).

Everything from top to bottom it was awesome
