Location next to marina

Very basic facilities. No coffee making facilities in room, no basic toiletries except toilet paper. Bathroom tiny - very narrow opening to get into shower and needing an update.

the view is absolutely amazing. very good breakfast. super serviceminded personel.

Location is fine

Incomfortable bathroom, very noisy in between the room (we could hear the other guest very loudly). Work in progress during the saturday afternoon, it wasn't quiet and very noisy. Comfort is limited (no shower gel, no bottle of water...)

Loved the set up. It was like a resort. Right on the beach. Board walk marina and restaurants.

The Toilette Rom is to small

Very good experience in general: location, breakfast, lunch, bar service. In my room the shower needs to be renewed.

Good breakfast but quite expensive (at least on August). The car park is small and public, so everyone can leave the car. Almost everyday to find a place around was impossible.

We like that the hotel is quiet and relaxing. Not too crowded even it's Summer time. Decent size bedrooms. We love the beach front bedroom.There are several restaurants to choose from which is only 3 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the price of the food are very affordable. The hotel staff are all nice and very accommodating.

Our room is located on the ground floor with direct access to the beach. There's a drainage just outside the room near the door and it gives bad odor. It would be great as well if there's a chair inside the bedroom. The phone inside the room doesn't work.

Lovely location, nice people, so good we went back to the hotel on our return journey which was not our original intention

Nothing really although the cut off for arrival at 2000 isn't idea. They waived it in our case in any event.

Location superb Breakfast superb Bianna was superb, all staff were exceptional, friendly & helpful.

Wifi was extremely disappointing The hotel was under renovation so not all facilities were possible

Location is really great, just next to the harbour. Bus station in front of the hotel to get to the city center and to Giens (where you take the boat to Porquerolles) Staff is really nice and professional :)

Our room has been “renovated” but very badly and still felt old. we could hear the neighbours talk or even their phone vibrate. And we could also hear everything in the corridor. even better, our neighbours where drunk and very noisy. This sad not a pleasant stay.

Pictures that are used very old, location is very good, maintenance hotel very poor. Cracks in the walls, bathroom without a door, no more stays for us. One night was enough.

Great location at the water front - easy parking as long as you do not move your car on a sat / SundayPlenty restaurants just 5 minutes away in the bay area. Nevertheless a quiet place if - see negative

A night with a noisy neighbour which you can't stop partying till morning.

In front of the beach

We booked one night, and asked the front desk to renew the booking for more one night. The next day, we have been called to our phone telling us that we had to leave our room without no explanation. The staff told us that it was ok for the next booked day, but visibly they do not know what they are doing. At the end of the day, we had to cancel our whole program for the day, because we had to get back to the hotel and get our luggage out. No solution was given by the staff that only want us to be out. It’s a shame that hotels like this still exist in France!
