Easy from highway, safe parking place, good restaurant

The Staff is really friendly and the bonus is that the hotel is attached to a great restaurant so you don't have to leave the hotel to eat something good.

Breakfast is a bit minimal but enough to satisfy anybody.

Clean, good breakfast

No room service for the dinner. The fridge didn't have food. The bed wasn't confortable. Too much light came from curtains at the window, disrupting sleep

The restaurant was fantastic for the atmosphere, the service and most certainly for the food

The hotel structure is nice, but the I was in had a problem with the door/key, that was broken. Inside I had clean towel on the bed, but in the bathroom used towels (dirty) were hang. The bed wasn't confortable

The property is lovely! located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. very clean. spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. The people at the hotel were lovely!

It’s about 5-8mins drive from the city centre / rail station. if you don’t drive, you need a taxi each time.

Location, out of town in industrial area.

The room, the breakfast, the staff, the parking. This is a very modern ultra comfy hotel.

It's not a critic, but, given that the hotel is placed in the middle of a garden environtment, it's impossible to prevent small insects to come in the room or restaurant terraces.

it was the only location around accepting dogs at a reasonable price. next to a restaurant where we had a good dinner.

The hotel is situated in the suburb of the town of Parma, in a quite and very cute zone, on the edge of nature. It is clean and cosy. Breakfast is very good.

Finding the location in the dark. My sat nav would not find the street using the post code. I did find it eventually. It took me into an abandoned business park at night with most of the exits from the roundabouts I was confronted with blocked off. Frightening experience. I eventually found the hotel after 45 minutes of driving in a strange town to me. The restaurant was closed on a Monday night, no food. I could hear every footstep of those coming and going and at around 1pm somebody began throwing up and this went on for around 20 minutes. Didn't sleep much.
