Für uns war alles bestens.

Nice refurbished but not everywhere. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our 1st room had to different bed (one had mattress topper the other one was missing). You can hear everything from the other rooms! We had after 3days very noisy people around us so we ask for a different room. After one day we had it nice clean and conformable with good beds.Bathrooms was old and tiles in a few place was broken. Toilets had a serious issues sometimes (thinks came back) no pressure under shower. Restaurant staff(waiters are very rude and don't care about the guests (several time they take our plate when we didn't finish our meal,lunch time they asking money for even 1glass of tap water)! Food.... Nothing Spanish! Always English breakfast, poor dinner, lunch with curry, pasta meat and fish over cooked or prawns extra salted! Defrosted cakes. Outside not enough sunbed, pool is small and not deep at all.

The location was excellent , the food and drinks were very good and the staff were very welcoming . The premium AL was very good .

The rooms were a bit on the small side and only 2 irons ( no ironing boards) to lend out for 500 guests is not good !! They should be in every room . Be prepared for the morning sun bed rush in peak season , if your not down by 9 then you’ll be out of luck .

Excellent hotel in an excellent location for the lively new town . Spotlessly clean and Friendly staff.

Lager on the all inclusive a bit rubbish but you can get bottles and pay a small supplement . Spirits very good indeed .

The breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of choice and availability. The room was excellent and was spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful with one person on reception being the exception.

My Husband has had a stroke which has left him unable to us the right hand side of his body i.e arm and leg. We tried to book a double scooter for me to drive him around. We were told there wasn't any available until the Wednesday afternoon. I asked if we booked it somewhere else could we still park and charge it at the hotel. The very rude male receptionist told me the charging points belong to the scooter hire company (which I understand) but that meant for us that we were stuck in the hotel for a whole day. The receptionist said he could get a single scooter for the next day and that my Husband could drive that. I explained he couldn't drive it, to which he said the scooters drive by hand and there's nothing wrong with his hands. FIRSTLY I shouldn't have to explain what my Husbands disability is, especially to a receptionist in front of a very full reception area. SECONDLY although the hotel facilities were great we didn't come to Benidorm to waste a day around a pool. If you cannot offer a service for a person with a disability then you should offer a good alternative like have an emergency charging point somewhere near by. The receptionist told me to ask at another hire company if I could park it at their shop and then walk back to the hotel which somewhat defeats the object. We feel that people with genuine disabilities are being held to ransom by the exclusive parking and charging at your hotel.
