The girl at reception could not have helped us any more than she did 5 star treatment, , very friendly, clean rooms and very central to the train to Zermatt.

A vey well appointed room - comfortable, clean with a fabulous bathroom and great balcony. Very convenient for the train to Zermatt. Very friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast was good. The double room is perfect. It is clean and spacious with a bathtub. The location is just opposite the train station in a quiet small area which is not as busy as Zermatt. The Coop Supermarkt and Charisma Pizza & Kebap Mc Doner are next doors.
We booked one double room and one single room. The single room is quite small with no bathtub. It is next to the lift. So it is not as quiet as we requested.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang , Zimmer und Badezimmer sauber. Betten waren gut. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein. Frühstück und Abendessen reichhaltig und gut. Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel .

Breakfast was great, they had scrambled and boiled eggs. They had fab coffee and lovely bread and cheese and cereal. I found very tasty like their overnight oats. I’d give breakfast a 9/10
Hotel was literally 30 seconds from teh train station which was excelled had a shuttle to zermatt every 20
Mins. Only took 10 mins to get to zermatt.
We only found out they had a sauna when we were leaving. I think this could have been highlighted to us at check in as I would have used this all the time.

Lekkere bedden, mooie ruime kamer. Fijne badkamer. Auto kon geparkeerd worden bij het hotel. Het restaurant is gezellig en betaalbaar en personeel erg hartelijk. Er is zelfs een sauna maar we hadden geen tijd
Het is vrij duur, zoals alles in Zwitserland.

非常棒的位置，就在tasch车站的正对面，旁边还有个coop小型超市，转场很方便，周边环境也很安静。房间设施简约但齐备。前台的工作人员非常友好，处事周到。楼下餐厅味道也不错。
房间隔音不够好，隔壁房间的谈话声都能传进来。还有一点不知道该算优点还是缺点，就是暖气太热了，在2月中的天气每晚都被热醒来。

The nature around the hotel is amazing. Across the road the train station, so you can go to Zermatt or Gornergratt qiuckly. Also there is a lot of walk trip around.

We did like most of everything. Location of the hotel was just cross the road from Tasch station. The room was in good condition and new.

The room was clean and perfect size for one person, and the staff was friendly and accommodating of my late night arrival. The location across from the train station was ideal for the price and only a 12-minute train to Zermatt.
I do wish breakfast was included for the price, I thought it was, but it was 14 francs.

Location is great. Room was comfortable and bed size was fine to have good sleep. Nice for short stay. Very close to Zermatt. Provided water and cold drink as complimentary. Good view from room.
Room size was smaller as compared to advertised pics. Bathroom was small but was usable. For short stay it is fine but might not be comfortable for long stay. Lift is pretty small. Limited options for breakfast.

I came in a late night after long drive and they organized self check-in at about 1 am special for me. I liked it.

one small lift that we had to wait 10 mins to get our turn bcz housekeeper keep using the lift. they should prioritize customer first

Breakfast selection was not bad, 3mins walk to Täsch Station, jacuzzi and sauna were a warm welcome.
None. Didn't get to go all the way to the top of Matterhorn due to bad weather
so would love to revisit again.
