Room very small, felt cramped, no tea or coffee facilities.

Central location, old town a few streets away, excellent breakfast, pretty decor in rooms, street parking fine (Boulevard Foch - 5 mins walk from hotel) no charge 7pm to 9am , and 4euro for 2 hours either side of that.

Some noisy guests in neighbouring room late at night

There is no lift. Noise on the stairs can be problematic when people coming back late at night.

The hotel was well situated to the centre of Reims.

The room was a bit small as a family room but was clean and tidy.

Located in the city centre, very close to restaurants and Gothic Cathedral. Everything walkable. A very nice breakfast served in an attractive courtyard.

Location perfect but driving in the area, with its narrow, one-way streets, which our SatNav couldn’t handle, a nightmare.

Central location

We were on the ground floor and our room was incredibly noisy with people constantly up and down the wooden stairs (our room was under the stairs). We also had very noisy people above us slamming doors during the evening, night and early morning as well as thumping and thudding the whole time. We were also right next to receotion and breakfast areas. We barely slept. Also the room was very small.

The decoration of the all hotel, it's an old house but rebuilt with beautifull retro details. The location near the city center. Confortable bed and very quiet location.

Quaint room, beautifully decorated. Loved the beautiful wallpaper. Helpful and friendly staff. A fantastic breakfast all beautifully laid out on your table. Location not in the centre of all the attractions but a bit out, not too far area - so it was lovely and peaceful.

Only the bathrooms are rather small. Tip, do take note there is no elevator, so you will need to carry own luggage up, so small luggage recommended.
