Amazing location right in front of the beach and walking distance to all the town's restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, and the pool and bar in the open were all great.

The only thing might be that the bungalows didn't have air conditioning, and sometimes it gets loud at night if cars pass by playing loud music.

The environment is chilly and cozy! It is definitely worth it to stay a few days for vocation! The food in the restaurant was amazing!

Great location, just by the beach. Bungalows were fantastic, in terms of comfort and design. Staff were super attentive to any needs we had, and well informed about local tours and must-dos. The property also served great local cuisine.

About the property, nothing. We did try to book a surfing class at the nearby surf shop (I'm not sure if it is part of the property or not), but the instructor ended up cancelling last minute, but otherwise, nothing we disliked.

We had an amazing stay at Vila Kalango and would love to go back. The place is absolutely amazing with a rustic design but awesome infrastructure. Everything from the small candys left at the room to the great staff service was though out to provide us with an once in lifetime experience. We will definetly be back!

What a wonderful gem of a hotel in a paradise location! The fantastic Staff make this hotel extra special with their friendly professionalism and attention to detail. The management are very lucky to have such a dedicated team. From the minute we checked in until the minute we left, we were treated with the utmost respect care and attention. So much that we made friends with many of the staff and will keep in touch with some of them! We stayed in a Bungalow (number 1, then we moved to number 5 at our request as it was a bit more private) The rooms are wonderful and very comfortable with all the amenities and toiletries you will need. They put nice sweet treats outside the room each night! The whole area of Vila Kalango is all sand and wood walkways and its wonderfully preserved and maintained. There is an event every evening at the hotel. Whether its yoga, a meal in the garden beside the beach, the DJ at sunset, a small orchestra. It's a very pleasant place to spend all day and most of the evening. The food is very tasty and well presented, the breakfast has everything you could possibly want! The cocktail bar has all national & international drinks you will ever need! The hotel has a very relaxed and friendly chilled out atmosphere which is exactly what we were looking for. We stayed for 9 days which we though may be too much but we could have stayed much longer! Thanks to Ellen, Jefferson, Jo, Júlio, Francisco, Milena, Ernandes Dodó, Mateus, Mirela Nielle and the many other staff I forgot to mention! You all made my 50th celebration extra special!! We will be back and we will bring our friends and family with us!

Vila Kalango is a fantastic place to stay. Perfect location situated between the Duna Por do Sol and the main beach. It's an ideal place to stay to enjoy the beautiful Jeri sunsets. The room we stayed in was well equipped and very comfortable, with a huge bed and a lovely shower area. The wood cabin theme is very nice and a bit different. The breakfast is wholesome and tasty with extra friendly staff keeping to covid guidelines at all times. We organised a transfer and a passeio with the hotel too which were both excellently handled.

The property is very clean and staff extremely nice and attentive. We went during the pandemic where several of the stores were closed, but staying at the hotel was relaxing and there was enough to do. Although the hotel is rustic, it is also very luxurious and has everything you need.

bug bites (even with the mosquito nets) and very hot. But I think the same would happen in any hotel bc of the location. Just bring repellent and lots of sun screen!

The welcoming staff, food, comfortable bedroom, amazing shower, atmosphere, everything really. Plus: flexibility of staying around after check out for waiting the transfer.

We had a bit of delay and miscommunication beforehand with the booking - but all solved just before the stay. Also the lack of organisation in commiting with the time we booked a table for breakfast was disappointing.
