The hotel is nice and clean. Just 20 min walk from the nearest beach and the town. Veronica reception lady was lovely, very helpful. Parking free, swimming pool good. Towels at reception for the beach or the pool if you need. Amazimg

Beautiful grounds and pool. Spacious apartment with large balcony. Comfortable bed.

We were disappointed that the apartment was not equipped with anything to wash dishes, or detergent for the dishwasher. We were advised that dishwasher tablets could be supplied for 1 euro each. A minor irritation but this felt like penny-pinching in a quite expensive resort. Although well provided the sunbeds were uncomfortable and needed cushions.

Everyting was perfect

We choose to have an apartment and it was great to have the extra space. Our balcony was lovely and great to be able to sit out there for breakfast, drinks etc Nice view and very peaceful. Good location to be able to walk into town for the shops and restaurants.

I was surprised the apartments were not serviced which seemed strange although they did change the towels after a few days.

This place is like heaven on earth, absolutely amazing with all the comfort you want, they even give you the place to sit on the pool and very helpful stuff, the food and the breakfast above expectations. I highly recommend this place

Nothing at all

Staff very friendly and very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel organised airport transfers for us. Lots of sun beds and you were allocated your beds each day. Not sure if this was because of COVID, but worked really well. Very spacious settings and apartments in small blocks, so very quiet. Short walk into main square with nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a short break away.

Breakfast selection could be a little more varied and replenished more quickly. However if you asked for something it was no trouble and waiters were happy to get it for you.

Nothing

The facilities in this resort were very good. The apartment was spacious and there was plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. We had a lovely balcony view facing onto the pool. The grounds of the resort and the pool were immaculately clean and well kept. We ate dinner one evening (bbq night) at the resort and it was excellent, very generous portions and very tasty.

The nearby beach of Nora wasn't very nice. Fortunately we had a car and we went to the further beaches of Chia which were much nicer. We also found that the resort was a bit of a walk to the centre of Pula (in the dead heat!). Pula didn't have much of an atmosphere and the restaurant that we went to was way overpriced and had terrible service.

We stayed in an apartment which have a very good space for my wife, my daughter and I. It had a big balcony where we were able to have breakfast and dinner comfortably. The pool facilities were great, very clean and they even had a lifeguard who was very professional and helpful. All the staff was super friendly from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, thank you so much! Playing mini golf with my daughter and wife was great and the playground is also very good. We had to wash some clothes so we could use the common laundry room for an affordable price (6€).

The coffee boiler was very old and leaking every time I used it. we also missed a toaster in our apartment. it would be great to have a coffee machine and a toaster for this rate of apartment.

Beautiful resort and outdoor pool. We loved the ancient Roman villa feel of the hotel layout and gardens.

Mattress was very hard and needed more fluffy pillows, also the internet connection was too weak to access any websites and impossible to stream videos.

This hotel was excellent, they upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony facing the pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was fantastic and very clean. The walk to the town centre is only a 10 minute walk, while the walk to the beach was a little further, but still only takes less than 20 minutes.

No wifi connection the entire stay! Very bad and poor overpriced food 60g veal filet for 45€! Very poor food! Breakfast if you come to late is no food!

A little pricey to eat in the restaurant compared to town

We like travelling and exploring new places, but this hotel is, probably, the only one where our family is always happy to return. Invariably great service! See you next year!
