Good location of an older hotel to visit the old medina and Hassan II mosque on walkable distance. Very nice breakfast and spacious twin room.

Our first night we had double room 507. Avoid! The outdoor units of three rooms are mounted on the outside of the wall next to your bed: we didn’t sleep a wink. The manager next morning gave us another (twin) room ((504) which was very nice: much larger and quieter.

Bathroom was dirty - bidet has splash marks at the back so not been cleaned. Shower head scaled up, taps scaled up.

The hotel was generally fine for a short stay, the rooms were clean and comfy. I booked my own room here before a group tour which started at the same hotel. Fyi the price quoted by the tour company to stay here (booked by them) was almost twice the price quoted if you just book yourself on booking.com!

In my room the furniture and fittings were all a bit shabby. The reception staff kind of scared us by implying it was too dangerous to leave the hotel, even to go across the road to get a bottle of water, I'm not sure it was really that bad!

Great location and big rooms

Someone had smoked in my room (there was even ab ashtray), the smell of cold smoke was everywhere even though I booked a non-smoking room. No toiletries at all, no remote for aircon and staff wasn't very helpful (no information about breakfast, wifi or where the room is). When I asked for a taxi they just sent me down the road.

The staff was very communicative a accommodating, I landed at 1am, they arranged for taxi from the airport at the regular costs and welcomed me comfortably during odd hrs, also let me sleep in little longer than check out time

The rooms were clean, comfortable. And what we can give as a high rate is the location.

First, we booked two single rooms but we got two double rooms with 2 beds. Second, we asked about the breakfast and they told us that it starts at 7.AM but it wasn’t the case, they were late for like 15min. So we had to leave because we had a road to take at 7:30AM. Moreover, one room had no tv remote nor air conditioner remote

I dont think my sheets were clean. The top sheet looked like it had a fair amount of some kind of dried bodily fluid. The floor was not clean. I tried about 6 times to pay my account by card and the machine wouldnt work. I ended up using my precious cash euros to pay the bill. There were no maps of the city available and its very easy to get lost. Facilities in the room were sparse. Nearly zero toiletries and no hair dryer as stated.

Breakfast was nice compared to other places in Morocco. People were kind. But the first guy we saw in reception made a mistake about the price of the hotel and tried to take double the price. Afterwards, another guy came and solved the issue.
