Easily one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. practically everything was great, and the value for money was outstanding in our case, even for Bali. Beautiful place, superb garden, tidy bungalows, cleanliness, great staff, helpful team.

One morning out of seven we found the breakfast bar untidy and almost empty, but this was a minor problem compared to all the other advantages. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Ein absolut toller Ort um mal richtig zu entspannen. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte hier um eine nicht so weite Anfahrt zum Hafen Padang Bai zu haben (20 min mit dem Auto). Letztlich hätten wir aber auch noch gerne länger hier verweilen können. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolblick/Meerblick gebucht und waren rund um zufrieden. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen. Man kann mit direktem Meerblick frühstücken und den Wellen zuhören. Man hört die Wellen zwar in den Zimmern, was wir aber wirklich toll und entspannend fanden. Kein direkter Strandzugang, was wir aber im Vorhinein wussten und überhaupt nicht schlimm fanden, da man im Pool toll schwimmen konnte. Es gab sogar eine kleine Treppe runter direkt zum Meer, sodass man sich trotzdem im Meer abkühlen konnte, wenn man möchte (wobei die Brandung ziemlich stark ist). Entgegen vorherigen Google-Bewertungen schwimmte dort kein sichtbares Chlor. Die Fliesen im Pool waren zwar etwas abgenutzt, aber das störte uns wirklich nicht. Der Service war sehr freundlich und es wurde immer sofort auf Wünsche eingegangen. Das Abendessen ist für indonesische Verhältnisse tatsächlich etwas teurer, aber das indonesische Essen wirklich gut, das westliche Essen eher Standard.

Schönes, gepflegtes Resort mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The room was amazing and so the hospitality, I would suggest to enhance your breakfast options in buffet more, like food was very good but increase the number of options.

Breakfast options, and should include spa facility inside the resort instead of sending out.

We had a fantastic stay at Nirwana. The staff are exceptional, we travelled with our toddler and couldn’t have been better looked after. The team took her off to play while we had a drink, they took family photos for us - just brilliant. We stayed in a pool villa and the room was beautiful, beds super comfy and plenty of room. The restaurant food was great - we had all our meals there that weekend and they were all great, and they adapted things for our toddler too.

The only thing was the communication before arrival wasn’t so good - I had a couple of questions and no one got back to me. Didn’t affect our stay though!
