Breakfast was very good, prompt polite service. All the staff were friendly. Never had to wait for service. The room was certainly different from others I've stayed and although this was above the bar despite other people's comments it was never intrusive.

Breakfast and location excellent. We were attending a wedding, and needed to change as we had been travelling. Able to use hotel before booking in time. Every effort make to enable this to happen.

The hotel chain still uses individual plastic containers of hygiene products. Most hotel chains now use dispensers, that can be refilled. These I think are more environmentally friendly, preventing plastic use.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent separate shower in bathroom. Breakfast choice was excellent and different. Liked the themed room and bar/ dining area. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The breakfast on the last two days wasn’t good, no muesli or marmalade of the 4th morning and then on our last day (Saturday) no one bothered to tell us that breakfast was later on weekends, we got downstairs at 7-30 to have breakfast before our journey home to find it all locked up, one of the other guests told us it didn’t open till 9am so we had to leave without eating

The Wild West style was genuinely charming. It was kitschy in a good way, without it being glaring and impractical. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was well kept and stocked with decent toiletries. Superb power shower too. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was hearty, satisfying and not the usual fare. The manager was attentive and let us store our luggage while we were out and about on the trains. Our room was mostly clean.

Our room was quite cramped, and without much of a view. It would've been nice, if there had been a mini-fridge to keep drinks on a very warm day.

The standard of breakfast which was included in the room rate was AMAZING! Staff were super friendly from the get-go until we left. The whole experience was faultless. Shall definitely be staying here again.
